This Research deals with an important and a crucial issue which of the Palestinian political elites during British Mandate 1920- 1947 by referring to bibliography of Haj Amin. This begins with defining and highlighting various theoretical paradigms that deal with the elites in general and the Arab and the Palestinian elites in particular. Then the research goes on deeply to analyze the meaning of dogmatism and political pragmatism and their place in the thoughts, practices and conflict management of Haj Amin during the times of crises with the Jews and the British Administration

يتطرق هذا البحث إلى موضوع النخبة السياسية الفلسطينية في فترة الانتداب البريطاني من خلال الرجوع إلى سيرة الحاج أمين الحسيني. يبدأ البحث باستعراض نظريات النخبة والصفوة بصورة عامة والنخبة في السياقين العربي والفلسطيني على وجه الخصوص. ثم ينتقل الباحث ليعرف العقائدية والواقعية السياسية ومكانة كل منهما في فكر الحاج أمين الحسيني وممارسته، خاصة في أوقات الأزمات وإدارة الصراع مع اليهود والإدارة البريطانية في فلسطين.
