The current Study aimed to estimate the levels of anxiety of female students in Physical Education College at Yarmouk University in Gymnastics Courses. In order to achieve this Purpose the researcher used Sbeilberger scale to measure anxiety and self-check list to Measure anxiety cases and Trait. The sample Consisted of (40) female students who were Chosen purposely to measure their anxiety before the final exam. After applying the two Instruments and analyzing Data the study concluded that. There are significant statistical differences between both categories in State anxiety before the test. While there are no differences in Trait anxiety levels. The researcher recommended that:
1) Increasing attention of the physiological preparation of students.
2) Using all the means that enabling female students to cope with the actual circumstances of those tests and their related issues.

تهدف الدراسة الحالية المعنونة "تقدير مستويات القلق لدى طالبات كلية التربية الرياضية/ جامعة اليرموك لمساقات الجمباز"، الى التعرف على مستويات القلق لدى طالبات كلية التربية الرياضية جامعة اليرموك في مساق الجمباز. ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة استخدمت الباحثة مقياس سبيلبيرجر Sbeilberger scale لقياس القلق وقائمة تقدير الذات لقياس حالات القلق والسمة. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (40) طالبة تم اختيارهن بالطريقة القصدية لقياس حالات القلق لديهن قبل الاختبار النهائي. وبعد تطبيق الأداتين وتحليل النتائج خلصت الدراسة الى ما يلي: - توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين الطالبات في فئتي البحث في قلق الحالة قبل الامتحان. بينما لا توجد فروق بين الطالبات في فئتي البحث في قلق السمة قبل الامتحان. وتوصي الباحثة بما يلي: 1) الاهتمام بالإعداد النفسي للطالبات. 2) واستخدام كافة الوسائل التي تسهم في معايشة الطالبات لظروف الامتحانات العملية الفعلية وما يرتبط بها من مواقف قبل الامتحان بوقت كاف.
