This study aims at exploring the most serious obstacles facing teachers in finding and preparing a reliable Quranic generation. It also aims at presenting solutions to these obstacles to orient teachers of Islamic education and inculcators of the Glorious Quran in mosques with all these obstacles and ways of facing them. It is widely known that the three aspects of the teaching process،i.e. teacher, student and curriculum, may face some obstacles, and that appropriate answers are needed to overcome these obtacles. In the light of abone results, the researcher suggested some recommendations to overcome such challenges.

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أهم المعوقات التي يمكن ان تواجه المعلم في عملية إيجاد وإعداد جيل قراني قادر على حمل أمانة القرآن ونشر الإسلام، وبينت الدراسة بعد ذلك الحلول المقترحة لمواجهة هذه التحديات، لكي يكون معلمو التربية الإسلامية ومحفظوا القران الكريم في المساجد على علم بهذه المعوقات وسبل مواجهتها. ومن المعلوم أن عناصر العملية التعليمية هي المعلم والطالب والمنهاج، وكل من هذه العناصر قد تواجهه بعض المعوقات، ولا بد لإنجاح العملية التعليمية من إيجاد الحلول المناسبة لإزالة هذه المعوقات وفي ضوء تلك النتائج اقترح الباحث بعض التوصيات للتغلب على هذه المعوقات.
