جَلَّيتُ في هَذَا البَحْثِ مَعْنَى الإِلْهَامِ، وَأَبْرَزْتُ ما يُمَيِّزُهُ عَنْ غَيْرِهِ مِنَ المُصْطَلَحَاتِ القريبة منه، كَالرؤيا، وَالفراسةِ، وذكرت أقسامه، ثُمَّ عَرَضْتُ إلى مذاهبِ العلماءِ في أَثَرِ الإلهامِ في الأحكامِ الشرعيةِ مؤيدةً بِأَدِلَّتِهَا، ثُمَّ خَلُصْتُ إلى المذهبِ المُرْتَضَى وهو القَاضِي باعتبارِ الإلهامِ في أحكامِ المباح دون غيرها مِنْ أَنْوَاعِ الأَحْكَامِ، مَعَ التَّنْبِيْهِ عَلَى عَدَمِ جَوَازِ مُخَالَفَةِ الإِلْهَامِ لِأَحْكَامِ الشَّرْعِ وَأَدِلَّتِهِ.
