Abstract

This Study aimed at investigating the effect of teaching natural ‎science course using learning cycle (5E's) on developing the basic ‎knowledge economy skills among the Educational Sciences Faculty ‎students in Jordan. The subjects of the study consist of (60) male and ‎female students, were chosen from UNRWA Educational Sciences ‎Faculty, then divided into two groups: the experimental group which ‎consist of 30 students, taught Natural Science subject using learning ‎cycle(5E's) method and the control group which consist of 30 students, ‎taught the same subject using traditional method. ‎‏ ‏Results revealed ‎significant differences between the two groups in the basic knowledge ‎economy skills attributed to the teaching method in favor of the ‎experimental group. Based on this finding, appropriate recommendations ‎were suggested.
