This study aims at investigating the obstacles that face the sportive ‎movement in the clubs of Zarqa Governorate from the administrators and ‎players point of view. To achieve this objective, the study raises the two ‎following questions: ‎‏ ‏‎- What is the order of the obstacles that face the ‎sport movement in the clubs of Zerqa Governorate from the ‎administrators and players' viewpoint? - Are there statistically significant ‎differences in the obstacles that face the sport movement in the clubs of ‎Zarqa Governorate from the administer, rotors and players' point of view ‎on the basis of sex, scientific qualification, years of experience, and the ‎type of game? The study sample consisted of 213 administers and ‎players, 168 players, and 45 administrators from the sport clubs in Zarqa ‎Governorate. The 38-item questionnaire which was administered to the ‎total number of the sample, included the following five aspects: The ‎administrative, the social, the technical, the finical, and the potentiality. ‎The study reached the following conclusions: Obstacles facing sportive ‎movement in clubs of Zarqa Governorate were ordered as follows: ‎Financial, potential, administrative, technical in favor of and social. ‎Statistically significant differences worked in the favour of male ‎administrators in the field of the finance; in the favour of female ‎administrators in both the technical and availability of facilities aspects; ‎in then favour of male players in both the financial and availability of ‎facilities aspects; in the favour of female players in the social aspect; in ‎favour of scientifically qualified administrators in social, technical and ‎all aspects; in the favour of administrators of more than ten years ‎experience in administrators in technical, financial and availability of ‎facilities aspects، ‏in the favour of players of more than ten years ‎experience in administrative, social, financial, and availability of ‎facilities aspects. Differences concerning the type of game were found to ‎be in the favour of administrators in group-games in the administrative, ‎social and the rest of aspects; in the favour of single-player games in both ‎technical and availability of facilities aspects; in the favour of group-‎games players in all aspects; and, finally, in the favour of players of ‎single-players games in administrative, technical, financial and ‎availability of facilities aspects.‎

هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف إلى المعوقات التي تواجه الحركة الرياضية في اندية محافظة ‏الزرقاء من وجهه نظر الاداريين واللاعبين، ولتحقيق ذلك طرحت الدراسة السؤالين التاليين: -‏ما ترتيب مجالات المعوقات التي تواجه الحركة الرياضية في انديه محافظة الزرقاء من وجهه ‏نظر اللاعبين والاداريين ؟
- هل يوجد فروق ذات دلاله إحصائية حول المعوقات التي تواجهه ‏الحركة الرياضية في انديه محافظه الزرقاء من وجهه نظر الاداريين واللاعبين تبعا لمتغيرات ‏الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة، ونوع اللعبة؟ تكونت عينة الدراسة من (213) اداريا ‏ولاعبا منهم (168) لاعبا و(45) إداريا من انديه محافظة الزرقاء وقد طبقت عليهم استبانة ‏تضمنت (38) فقره وزعت على خمسه مجالات هي المجال الاداري، والمجال الاجتماعي، ‏والمجال الفني، والمجال المالي، ومجال الإمكانات. ‏‎ ‎وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة ما يأتي:
- جاء ‏ترتيب معوقات الحركة الرياضية في محافظة الزرقاء من وجهة نظر والاداريين واللاعبين على ‏النحو الآتي: الاداريين وعلى التوالي: المالي، الامكانات، الفني، الاجتماعي، والإداري. في حين ‏جاءت لدى اللاعبين على التوالي: المالي، الامكانات، الإداري، والفني، الاجتماعي.
- وجود ‏فروق ذات دلاله إحصائية لصالح الإداريين الذكور في المجال المالي، ولصالح الإداريين من ‏الإناث في مجالي الفني، والامكانات. ولصالح اللاعبين الذكور في مجالي المالي، والامكانات ‏ولصالح اللاعبات الإناث في المجال الاجتماعي. وكذلك لصالح الإداريين من حملة المؤهل ‏العلمي دراسات عليا في المجالين (الاجتماعي، والفني). ولصالح اللاعبين من حملة ‏البكالوريوس في مجالات (الاداري، والاجتماعي، والمالي والامكانات). وكذلك فروق لصالح ‏الإداريين ممن لديهم الخبرة الإدارية أكثر من عشر سنوات، في مجالات الفني، والمالي ‏والامكانات. ولصالح اللاعبين ممن لديهم الخبرة أكثر من عشر سنوات في مجالات الإداري ‏والاجتماعي والمالي والامكانات. وفيما يتعلق بنوع اللعبة كانت لصالح الإداريين في الالعاب ‏الجماعية في مجالات الإداري و الاجتماعي. ولصالح الألعاب الفردية في المجالين الفني ‏والامكانات. في حين كانت لصالح اللاعبين في الالعاب الجماعية في المجال الاجتماعي. ‏ولصالح اللاعبين في الالعاب الفردية في مجالات الإداري والفني والمالي والامكانات.‏
