This study aims at setting a vision for the cartoons broadcast in the Palestinian channel to enhance the national identity of the Palestinian child. The study includes planning for the programs in terms of forms and content. The researcher will conduct a descriptive study through a survey approach to understand opinions of academic staff in education and media faculties besides communicators in the Palestinian channel. The study has come to the conclusions that planning and evaluation of these programs should be submitted to two separate committees specialized in the media based on childhood. The best places that reflect these educational programs are schools, the sea and the street. The roles of the cartoons characters are: family members, friends, school. The values of these programs are God obedience, cooperation, patriotism, work, reading, truthfulness and cleanness.

يهدف هذا البحث إلى محاولة وضع تصور لبرامج رسوم متحركة بالتليفزيون الفلسطيني لدعم الهوية الوطنية لدى الطفل الفلسطيني، يشمل التخطيط لهذه البرامج، وشكلها، ومضمونها، حيث أن الرسوم المتحركة الموجهة للطفل بالتليفزيون الفلسطيني مستوردة، مما يفرز ثقافات مختلفة وذلك من خلال دراسة وصفية استخدم فيها الباحث منهج المسح بالعينة، للتعرف على أراء عينة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكليات ،أقسام التربية، أقسام الإعلام، القائمين بالاتصال بالتليفزيون الفلسطيني. وقد خلـصت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أبرزها: أن التخطيط والتقويم لهذه البرامج يجب أن يخضع للجنتين منفصلتين، معظمهم من متخصصين في علوم الطفولة، إعلام الطفل، التليفزيون الفلسطيني، كما إن أهم الخلفيات المكانية التي يجب أن تعكسها هذه البرامج، هي: المدرسة، البحر، الشارع، أما أهم الأدوار التي يجب أن تؤديها شخصيات البرامج، هي: أفراد الأسرة، الأصدقاء، المدرس، كما أنه من أهم القيم التي يجب أن تعكسها هذه البرامج، هي: طاعة الله، التعاون، حب الوطن، المحافظة على المرافق العامة، العمل، القراءة والاطلاع، الصدق، النظافة.
