Abstract
The study aimed to identify the leadership interests of youth Centers supervisors in the south district of Jordan. The study was conducted through three aspects: (interests for members, interests for labor and authority use) which aimed to identify the differences in estimation of the population individuals for leadership interests of supervisors. The population study consisted of (184) male and female of administrative councils. Descriptive approach and survey method in addition to a questionnaire were used for data collection. To ensure the content validity, it was given to a jury of judges who are specialist in this field of study. Testing the reliability, it was applied on a sample of the population. Internal consistency of the test was calculated by using, the media, standard deviation, t-test, One Way ANOVA and Tawke test. The results of the study revealed the supervisors high interest of members, labor and authority. It also revealed the significant statistical differences at (0, 05≥ α) in the estimation of the study population due to the directorate variable. It also showed that there are significant differences due to the gender variable in favor of female, but there is no significant due to the age variable. In the light of the results, the researcher recommends to replicate the study on all youth centers in Jordan. He also recommends doing more intensive programs to help activate the leadership interests for supervisors, and training supervisors on the skills of management by objectives, participation and developing the sense of responsibility among youth centers members.

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على الاهتمامات القيادية لدى مشرفي المراكز الشبابية في إقليم الجنوب في الأردن من وجهة نظر أعضاء المجالس الإدارية، حيث تمت دراستها من خلال مجالات ثلاثة هي (الاهتمام بالأعضاء، الاهتمام بالعمل، واستعمال السلطة) وهدفت إلى معرفة الفروق في تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة للاهتمامات القيادية لدى المشرفين. وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من (184) شابا وشابة وهم أعضاء المجالس الإدارية، وتم اختيار العينة بطريقة الحصر الشامل، وأستخدم المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب المسحي، وأستخدمت الاستبانه كأداة لجمع البيانات، وتم التأكد من صدقها حيث عرضت على عدد من المحكمين ذوي الاختصاص، وثباتها من خلال حساب معامل الاتساق الداخلي، وتم حساب الأوساط الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية، واختبار "ت" (t-test) وتحليل التباين الأحادي (One Way ANOVA) واختبار (توكي) للمقارنات البعدية. وأظهرت النتائج اهتمام المشرف (بالأعضاء، والعمل، والسلطة) بشكل مرتفع، وبينت وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0,05≥α) في تقديرات أفراد مجتمع الدراسة تعزى لمتغير (المديرية) وعلى جميع المجالات والأداة ككل باستثناء الاهتمام بمجال العمل ولصالح مديرية الكرك، ووجدت فروق تعزى لمتغير الجنس ولصالح الإناث، في حين لم تظهر النتائج وجود فروق تعزى لمتغير العمر. وفي ضوء النتائج أوصى الباحث بضرورة إعداد دراسة مشابهة تشمل جميع المراكز الشبابية في المملكة، وتكثيف البرامج التي تساهم في تفعيل الاهتمامات القيادية للمشرفين، وتدريب المشرفين على مهارات الإدارة بالأهداف، والتشاركية، وتنمية الإحساس بالمسؤولية لدى أعضاء المراكز الشبابية.
