The study aimed to consider the management model by the aims in the sport federations for the group games and implementing , by answering these two questions, What is the possibility of applying the management model by the aims in the sport federations for the group games , and differences in of implementing? Which cause to the instable of scientific eligible and experience? The study society consisted of all heads and members of the sport federations for groups games and they were(39) members. For the study, the researcher did a of (49) items, covered in four builds which are identify the aims, planning , management censorships , and tool assessment, and the researcher also verified the validity and reliability of study tool. To answer question averages and percentages were applied for each item of the fields, and the study concluded that the level of implementation for the management model of aims in the sport federations for groups homes. There are no differences which ascribed to the instable of scientific eligible and experience. The researchers recommended and increase the qualified federations, and practice the management with all aims in the sport federations and concern in training to heads and improving their abilities.

هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى نموذج الإدارة بالأهداف في الاتحادات الرياضية للألعاب الجماعية وإمكانية تطبيقه وذلك من خلال الإجابة عن التساؤلين التاليين: ما إمكانية تطبيق نموذج الإدارة بالأهداف في الاتحادات الرياضية للألعاب الجماعية في الأردن؟ وهل هناك فروق ذات دلاله إحصائية في إمكانية تطبيق نموذج الإدارة بالأهداف في الاتحادات الرياضة للألعاب الجماعية في الأردن تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي والخبرة ؟ تّكونت عينة الدراسة من رؤساء وأعضاء الاتحادات الرياضية للألعاب الجماعية وعددهم (39). ولأغراض الدراسة قام الباحث ببناء استبانة مكونة من (49) فقرة موزعة على أربعة محاور هي: تحديد الأهداف، والتخطيط، والرقابة الإدارية، وتقييم الأداء، وقام الباحث بالتأكد من صدق وثبات الأداة. وللإجابة عن التساؤلين تم استخدام المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية لجميع محور ولكل فقرة من محاور أداة الدراسة. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى إمكانية تطبيق نموذج الإدارة بالأهداف في الاتحادات الرياضية للألعاب الجماعية بدرجة كبيرة، وإنه لا يوجد هناك فروق تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي والخبرة، وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة أوصى الباحث بالاهتمام بزيادة الكوادر الإدارية المؤهلة في الاتحادات الرياضية، وكذلك بتطبيق الإدارة بالأهداف في الاتحادات الرياضية، والاهتمام بتدريب الإداريين وتنمية قدراتهم.
