This research handles an important matter of those connecting with the family relations which is (The legal arrangements to limit the divorce occurrence). I have illustrated in the first research: the divorce concept, causes and its influences, and in the second research the legal arrangements to limit the divorce occurrence I have reached to a number of the legal arrangements which I assumed that the legislator took to limit the divorce occurrence in compliance with the purposes of the family continuation and not split. From these arrangements, making the divorce for no need is unpleasant, and it is in the man hand originally and in the woman hand exceptionally, and it is tied to the woman cleanness time, and the compensation given from the husband to his divorced wife is honoring her, and it occurs one even if the husband pronounced or intimated three to it, and the husband and his wife should live together with kindness.

يتناول هذا البحث مسألة مهمة من المسائل المتعلقة بالعلاقات الأسرية وهي: "التدابير الشرعية للحد من وقوع الطلاق"، وقد بينت في المبحث الأول: مفهوم الطلاق، وأسبابه وآثاره، وفي المبحث الثاني: التدابير الشرعية للحد من وقوع الطلاق، وخلصت إلى جملة من التدابير الشرعية التي قـّدرت أن الشارع اتخذها للحد من وقوع الطلاق، تحقيقا لمقاصد ديمومة الأسرة وعدم تفككها، منها: جعل الطلاق لغير حاجة مكروها، وأنه بيد الرجل أصل وبيد المرأة استثناء، وأنه مقيد بوقت الطهر، وأن له متعة يغرمها الزوج تكريما للمرأة، وأنه يقع واحدا وإن تلفظ الزوج أو أشار به ثلاثا، وأن على كل واحد من الزوجين معاشرة الآخر بالمعروف.
