The purpose of the study was to investigate the role of Palestinian Sports Federations (PSF) in the activation on teams' participation in champions from coach's point of view. Furthermore, to determine the differences in this role according to federation, experience, and educational qualification variables. To achieve that, the researchers conducted a (33) item questionnaire, these items were distributed on five domains as follow: (Sports competitions planning, competitions administration, competitions application, facilities, and drives). The sample of the study consisted of (69) coaches from (19) Olympic federations. The results revealed that the role of Palestinian Sports Federations in the activation on teams participation in champions from coaches' point of view were high in both competitions administration, competitions application domains, and moderate for both planning and facilities domains, and low for drives domain and total score. Also, the results indicated that there were no significant differences in the role of Palestinian Sports Federations (PSF) in the activation on teams' participation in champions from coach's point of view due to federation, experience, and educational qualification variables. While, the results revealed significant differences in facilities domain between team and individual sports in favor of individual sports. Based on the findings of the study, the researchers recommended reinforcing activation of teams in participation in champions, and increase attention in encouraging teams to participate in sports competitions.

هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى دور الاتحادات الرياضية الفلسطينية في تفعيل مشاركة الفرق الرياضية بالبطولات الرياضية من وجهة نظر المدربين، كما هدفت إلى معرفة الاختلاف في دور الاتحادات الرياضية في تفعيل مشاركة الفرق الرياضية بالبطولات الرياضية من وجهة نظر المدربين تبعاً للمتغيرات (الاتحاد، الخبرة، والمؤهل العلمي)، ولتحقيق ذلك قام الباحثان بإعداد استبانة مكونة من (33) فقرة موزعة على خمسة مجالات هي: التخطيط للمنافسات الرياضية، وإدارة المنافسات، والتنفيذ للمنافسات، والإمكانات، والحوافز. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (69) مدرباً من (19) اتحاد رياضي تابعة للجنة الاولمبية. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن دور الاتحادات الرياضية في تفعيل مشاركة الفرق الرياضية بالبطولات الرياضية من وجهة نظر المدربين جاء بدرجة كبيرة على مجالي إدارة وتنفيذ البطولات الرياضية، ومتوسطة على مجالي التخطيط والإمكانات، وقليلة على مجال الحوافز والمجال الكلي. كما أشارت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لاختلاف متغيرات الدراسة (الاتحاد، المؤهل العلمي، والخبرة)، بينما أشارت النتائج إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تبعاً لمتغير الاتحاد في مجال الإمكانات ولصالح فرق الألعاب الفردية. يوصي الباحثان بتعزيز وتفعيل مفهوم مشاركة الفرق الرياضية في البطولات الرياضية، وتوفير الإمكانات والحوافز المادية والمعنوية للفرق وتشجيعهم على ممارسة الأنشطة الرياضية.
