This paper searches into the most Prominently possible reasons of the absence of effect of the Qur’an upon its hearers in present times. (compared to its effect in the days of its descent on Prophet Muhammad). The paper also discusses ways of restoring this effect in the present reality of our people and creating a generation that is guided by the Shari’at of Allah .
