The study aimed to identify the level of the psychological impact of management decisions on the players in some Yemeni Olympic Associations. It was carried out on a sample of associations' administrators (110 persons). The researcher used the descriptive approach in dealing with the current study, for it was suitable and fitted the nature of the study. The researcher also used questionnaires as a tool for data collection. He also used the mathematical averages, frequency and percentages for the purpose of the statistical processes. The researcher has come out with significant findings; important ones are summarized as follows: Subordinates' satisfaction was not taken into consideration when the management decisions were taken. The decisions-making is always taken by the higher-ups of the associations. Furthermore, the researcher came to the fact that such decisions did not suit the players' ambitions and capacities. Hence, the researcher recommended that there should be scientific codified standards and principles to which people in charge of the associations should adhere when making any decision. The researcher also recommended that the associations should take advantage of the up-to-date scientific methods and advanced technologies in the administrative field.

هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى مستوى التأثير النفسي لاتخاذ القرارات الإدارية على لاعبي بعض الاتحادات الرياضية الاولمبية اليمنية وذلك على عينة من إداريي الاتحادات والذي بلغت (267) فردا، استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي لملائمتة وطبيعة الدراسة كما استخدم الباحث الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات، ولغرض المعالجات الإحصائية فقد استخدم الباحث المتوسطات الحسابية والتكرارات والنسب المئوية. وقد توصل الباحث إلى أهم النتائج نلخصها في التالي: لم يتم مراعاة رضا المرؤوسين عند اتخاذ القرارات الإدارية وانه يتم دائما اتخاذ القرارات من قبل المسئول الأول بالاتحاد كما توصل الباحث أن هذه القرارات لا تتناسب وطموح إمكانيات اللاعبين. وعلية فقد أوصى الباحث بضرورة وجود معايير وأسس علمية مقننة يتبعه مسيري الاتحادات عند اتخاذهم لتلك القرارات كما يوصي الباحث من ضرورة الاستفادة من الأساليب العلمية الحديثة والتكنولوجيا المتقدمة في العمل الإداري داخل الاتحادات.
