Abstract

This study aims at investigating the effect of a training program based on TREZ theory on the developing metacognitive thinking skills for Student's at Al Balqa Applied University. The study, therefore has proposed a number of TREZ theory skills to be the bases of the training program, a Scale has been developed by the researcher in order to gauge the program's effect. Thus, the study adopted an experimental approach where the study subjects were divided into tow groups: experimental and control, the scale was used for pre and post application after Having applied the training program on the experimental group, the tow groups then where put on the scale. The study finding there is distinctions in the statistical significance at the level (α = 0.05) are found attributed to the training program on developing metacognitive thinking skills and for the benefit of experimental group. The study recommends further research in the following areas: 1) The student's ability to contribute to the metacognitive thinking skills in various university colleges. 2) Including metacognitive thinking skills in the university curricula. 3) Developing a variety of training programs that deal with all strategy TREZ theory and applying them on university students.

الملخص

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تقصي أثر برنامج تدريبي مستند إلى نظرية تريز في تنمية مهارات التفكير ما وراء المعرفة لدى طلبة جامعة البلقاء التطبيقية، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم اقتراح مجموعة من المهارات المستندة إلى نظرية تريز، وتم بناء برنامج تدريبي لتلك المهارات، كما تم بناء مقياس التفكير ما وراء المعرفة ليتم عن طريقه دراسة أثر البرنامج التدريبي. للإجابة عن أسئلة الدراسة تم إتباع تصميم شبه تجريبي؛ حيث تم تقسيم أفراد الدراسة إلى مجموعتين تجريبية وضابطة، وتطبيق المقياس تطبيقاً قبلياً وبعدياً على المجموعتين، بعد تطبيق البرنامج التدريبي على المجموعة التجريبية. أظهرت الدراسة وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي في تنمية مهارات التفكير ما وراء المعرفة عند مستوى الدلالة ( α = 0.05) تعزى لمتغير المجموعات (تجريبية، ضابطة)، ولصالح المجموعة التجريبية. وأوصت الدراسة بإجراء المزيد من الدراسات المستندة على نظرية تريز من مثل الإفادة من البرنامج الذي تم أعداده في الدراسة الحالية لتطبيقه في الكليات الجامعية، وتضمين مهارات التفكير ما وراء المعرفة في الخطط الدراسية للطلبة؛ إضافة لتطوير العديد من البرامج التدريبية مستندة إلى جميع مبادئ نظرية تريز؛ وتطبيقها على طلبة الجامعات.
