Abstract
Conception proposal to develop the skills of formulation of questions, and receive answers of Pupils among students teachers of Islamic studies specialty and its teaching methods in the Al-Aqsa University. This study aims to put a proposal to develop the skill of asking questions of students-teachers of Islamic studies specialty and its teaching methods in the Al-Assay University, and find out the extent of its effectiveness. The quasi-experimental method was used in this study to test the program. This study found existence of differences in averages of drafting questions skills, formulation of questions, and receiving answers from students in all fields and the overall degree in the observation card for favor of post-Implementation. However, there is no difference between the third and fourth level of the students in all fields and overall degree. Furthermore, this study explained that there are significant statistically differences between the students in the experimental group after the proposed training program, thus indicating that the program is effective in the development of these skills.

الملخص
تهدف الدراسة إلى وضع تصور مقترح لتنمية مهارات صوغ الأسئلة وطرحها وتلقى إجابات الطلبة لدى الطلبة المعلمين تخصص الدراسات الإسلامية وأساليب تدريسها في جامعة الأقصى، ومعرفة مدى فاعليته، واستخدمت المنهج شبه التجريبي. حيث طبق هذا التصور على عينة مكونة من شعبة طلاب وطالبات تخصص الدراسات الإسلامية وأساليب تدريسها بلغ عددها (60) طالباً وطالبة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود فروق في متوسطات مهارات صوغ الأسئلة وطرحها وتلقي إجابات الطلبة في كل المجالات والدرجة الكلية لبطاقة الملاحظة لصالح التطبيق البعدي، وتوجد فروق في متوسطات مهارات صوغ الأسئلة وطرحها وتلقي إجابات الطلاب بين الطلاب والطالبات في كل المجالات والدرجة الكلية لبطاقة الملاحظة لصالح الطلاب، ولا يوجد فروق بين المستوى الثالث والرابع للطلبة فى كل المجالات والدرجة الكلية. وأكدت الدراسة إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائيا بين طلبة المجموعة التجريبية بعد تدريبها بالتصور المقترح، ويدلل هذا أن البرنامج ذو فاعلية في تنمية هذه المهارات.
