This study discusses the metafiction phenomenon which considers writing as its major issue: defining it self through story telling in a way that breaks illusion through reality and weaken the methods of traditional costructions in both pattern and content. The study reassures the uniqueness of the metafictional novel through the following works of the Egyptian novelist "yousif al qaied" "Alharb Fi Bar Misr”, "Yahduth Fi Misr Alaan", and the tri-series "Shakawa Almasri Alfaseeh”. These works evoke, with intended self-consciousness, their own worlds through the act of factual writing it self. After indulging the auther's and the text world, the study concluded that the plots of the Qaidi novels depend mainly on various experimental techniques that rely on imagination and formation during the shaping of the text it self, such as the varied-sounds Polivoni narration. In addition to that, they employ the game of the narrated-narrator in the argument between the text and the fiction, and they recall the reader as a productive element in the text creation, as a pre-critical element and as a plot scanner who finds similarities between reality and imagination. The text is regarded as an imagenary, independent world that goes side by side with the real world and has its own voice and its own unique presentation style.

تتناول هذه الدراسة ظاهرة الميتاقص الروائيّة التي تتخذ الكتابة موضوعاً لها: يعي ذاته قصيّاً بما يكسر الإيهام بالواقعيّة، ويقوّض أساليب البناء التقليديّ شكلاً ومضموناً. وتحاول تأكيد خصوصية الرواية الميتاقصيّة من خلال أعمال الروائيّ المصريّ "يوسف القعيد" الآتية: "الحرب في برّ مصر" و"يحـدث في مصر الآن" وثلاثيـة "شكاوى المصريّ الفصيح" التي تستولد - بوعي متعمَّد غير بريء- عوالمها الخاصّة من واقع الكتابة نفسها. وقد توصلت الدراسة بعد جوْس عالم الروائي والمروي إلى توسّل نصوص الروايات القعيديّة – إنْ جاز التّعبير- تقنيات تجريبيّة عدّة تتذرع بالتّخييل والتّشكيل، في أثناء تشكّل النّص نفسه من مثل:السرد البوليفونيّ المتعدد الأصوات، وتوظيف لعبة المؤلِّف المؤلَّف في النّزاع بين النّص والقص، واستدعاء المسرود له بوصفه قارئاً منتجاً مشاركاً في انبناء النّص وتشكيله، واستباق النقد، وتشظي المحكيات، وتقطيع السرد، ومدّ خطوط التّلاقح بين الواقع وعالم التّخييل بوصف النّص عالماً ورقياً افتراضياً مستقلاً، موازياً للواقع، له صوته الخاص، وطابعه السرديّ المميز.
