This study deals with the freedom of labor union within the Jordanian labor legislation, compared with the international standards, and highlights the emergence and development of freedom of labor union action on the national and international levels, and compare the reality of freedom of labor union action in Jordan with international standards in this regard to highlight the aspects of agreement and distinction, down to the results and recommendations that promote free labor union action at the national level, and in conformity with the provisions of international conventions related to the subject. And therefore this study has been divided into two chapters: Chapter I: the emergence and development of freedom of labor union action. Chapter II: The reality of freedom of labor union action in Jordan compared with international standards. And completed the search with conclusion, results including recommendations that we have reached.

تتناول هذه الدراسة حرية العمل النقابي في تشريع العمل الأردني بالمقارنة مع المعايير الدولية؛ حيث تسلط الضوء على نشأة وتطور حرية العمل النقابي على الصعيدين الوطني والدولي، ومقارنة واقع حرية العمل النقابي في الأردن مع المعايير الدولية بهذا الشأن لإبراز أوجه الاتفاق والاختلاف وصولاً إلى نتائج وتوصيات تعزز حرية العمل النقابي على المستوى الوطني وبما ينسجم مع أحكام الاتفاقيات الدولية المتعلقة بهذا الموضوع. وبناءً عليه تم تقسيم هذه الدراسة إلى مبحثين هما: المبحث الأول: نشأة وتطور حرية العمل النقابي. المبحث الثاني: واقع حرية العمل النقابي في الأردن بالمقارنة مع المعايير الدولية. وأنهينا البحث بخاتمة تتضمن النتائج والتوصيات التي توصلنا إليها.
