This work aims to study the concept of intentionality in linguistic studies (especially pragmatics). More specifically, we try to show how western theories intersect with their Arab counterparts in the context of addressing the issues of speech and communication. Our research seeks also to draw the attention to the issue of common knowledge and the concept of value in relation to the issue of intentionality at the level of reciprocal influence and mutual act and feedback.

يستهدف البحث تقصي مفهوم القصد في الدراسات اللسانية التداولية، وكيف تتقاطع النظريات الغربية مع نظائرها العربية في إطار معالجة قضايا الخطاب والتواصل في علاقته بالقصدية. كما يتوخى البحث التنبيه إلى قضية المعرفة المشتركة وإلى مسألة القيمة في علاقتها بمسألة القصد، تأثيرا وتأثرا، فعلا وانعكاسا.
