The aim of the study was analyzing the problems faced by producers of broiler in Amman Governorate, through a questionnaire distributed to a sample of 149 breeders. The results showed that administrative and financial problems were the most important, followed by productivity and then marketing problems, moreover, the results showed that the source of chicks and the spread of diseases were the most important problems related to productivity. While, the problem of high price of electricity and fuel, and high feed costs were related to administrative and financial problems. The fluctuations in the selling prices of broilers, and chicken imported competition with local products in the domestic market were related to marketing problems. The average degree of influence of the problems for producers was 2.36 degrees and it was located within the average impact problems. The results showed a significant negative correlation between personal characteristics and the importance and the degree of the impact of the problems faced by producers of broiler chickens at the level of significance P <0.05. The study recommends the organization and training workshops held by the Department of Agricultural Extension in the management of poultry farms and draw the attention of producers to follow one regiment system that reduces the spread of disease. And follow the closed barns system in raising chickens.

أجريت هذه الدراسة بهدف التعرف على المشكلات التي تواجه مربي دجاج اللحم في محافظة عمان، من خلال استبيان وزع على عينة من 149 مربي. تم تصميم استبيان خاص لجمع البيانات المتعقة بالخصائص الشخصية كالمستوى التعليمي والخبرة والتفرغ والدورات التدريبية ورأس المال والقروض وتناول الاستبيان خصائص مَزارع التربية ككفاءة التشغيل وعمر المشروع وطرق التربية وعدد الحظائر والتشغيل والسعة الإنتاجية ونظام التفويج. وتكون الجزء الثاني من الاستبيان من أسئلة تتعلق بالمشكلات الإنتاجية والإدارية والمالية والتسويقية. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن المشكلات الإدارية والمالية هي الأكثر أهمية تليها المشكلات الإنتاجية ومن ثمَ التسويقية، حيث تبين أن مشكلات ارتفاع أسعار الكهرباء والمحروقات وارتفاع تكاليف الأعلاف من أهم المشكلات الإدارية والمالية، وأن مصدر الصوص وإنتشار الأمراض من أهم المشاكل الإنتاجية أما مشكلات تذبذب سعر البيع ومنافسة الدجاج المستورد في السوق المحلي من أهم المشكلات التسويقية، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة معنوية بين الخصائص الشخصية وأهمية درجة تاثير المشكلات التي تواجه مربي دجاج اللحم عند مستوى معنوية P<0.05. توصي الدراسة بتنظيم وعقد ورش ارشادية دورية للمربين لإرشادهم حول الأسس الفنية السليمة في التربية، وتوجيه إهتمام أصحاب القرار حول الحد من إستيراد الدجاج المجمد وتشديد الرقابة على مخازن الأدوية البيطرية للتأكد من سلامة التخزين واللقاحات حسب الاسس والمواصفات المطلوبة للحد من انتشار الأمراض.
