The study aimed to identify the most important physical indicators and anthropometric to select youth team volleyball as well as determine the levels and percentages for the selection of an emerging volleyball team Irbid Governorate Directorate depending on the physical and anthropometric indicators were used descriptive method and survey manner to achieve the purposes of the study, were selected sample of team Irbid Governorate Directorate totaling (38) player from the male was conducted physical tests following (the explosive power of the two men, and the power of the explosive of the arms, and the recipe transitional speed, and recipe agility), were carried out measurements of the following anthropometric (length Almaraein, along the two men, the length of the trunk) and found the results of the study to identify the most important physical indicators for the selection of youth team volleyball measurements of physical, as follows (the explosive power of the two men, and the power of the explosive of the arms, and speed the transition, and the recipe agility), have been identified the most important measurements Alantrbumitrih are as follows (along Almaraein, along legs, torso length), and the percentages of physical measurements within the average level, while the percentages of anthropometric measurements within a good level, the study recommended the need to assess the levels of youth team volleyball and rely on anthropometric and physical measurements in vivo study.

هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد أهم المؤشرات البدنية والانثروبومترية لانتقاء ناشئي الكرة الطائرة إضافة إلى تحديد المستويات والنسب المئوية لانتقاء ناشئ الكرة الطائرة لمنتخب مديرية محافظة إربد بالاعتماد على المؤشرات البدنية والانثروبومترية، وتم استخدم المنهج الوصفي وبالأسلوب المسحي لتحقيق أغراض الدراسة، وتم اختيار العينة من منتخب مديرية محافظة إربد والبالغ عددهم (38) لاعبا من الذكور وتم إجراء الاختبارات البدنية الآتية (القوة الانفجارية للرجلين، والقوة الانفجارية للذراعين، وصفة السرعة الانتقالية، وصفة الرشاقة)، وتم إجراء القياسات الانثروبومترية الآتية (طول الذارعين، طول الرجلين، طول الجذع) وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة الى تحديد اهم المؤشرات البدنية لانتقاء ناشئى الكرة الطائرة للقياسات البدنية وهي كالآتي (القوة الانفجارية للرجلين، والقوة الانفجارية للذراعين، والسرعة الانتقالية، وصفة الرشاقة)، وتم تحديد اهم القياسات الانثربومترية وهي كالآتي (طول الذارعين، طول الرجلين، طول الجذع)، وكانت النسب المئوية للقياسات البدنية ضمن المستوى المتوسط، بينما كانت النسب المئوية للقياسات الانثروبومترية ضمن المستوى الجيد، وأوصت الدراسة ضرورة تقييم المستويات لناشئي الكرة الطائرة والاعتماد على القياسات الانثروبومترية والبدنية المجراة في الدراسة.
