This research tries to study some of AL- Mubarrid's views in Al -Serafi's explanation of Sibawayh's book to discuss and criticise the study with supervision through comparing these opinions with scientists ones to come out with perfect opinion and show out the differences of Al- Mubarrid to Sibawayh or the agreement with him. According to the grammarians' views depending on the judgments methods like listening, assessment, the grammarian’s agreement and interpretation the meaning and this research is a part of the views presented by the researcher in the doctoral thesis.

يحاول هذا البحث دراسة بعض آراء المبرِّد في شرح كتاب سيبويه للسيرافيّ، ومناقشتها وتناولها بالنقد والتوجيه، وبالأخذ والردَّ، عبر مقابلة هذه الآراء بآراء العلماء؛ للخروج بالرأي الرَّاجح، وبيان مدى مخالفة المبرِّد لسيبويه، أو موافقته له، بناء على ما جاء به النحاة، واعتمادًا على عناصر الترجيح ومقوماته، من سماع، وقياس، وإجماع للنحاة، وتأويل للمعنى. وهذا البحث، جزء من الآراء التي عرضها الباحث في أطروحته للدكتوراه.
