The study aimed at identifying students' and teachers' attitudes towards E-learning in Higher Primary schools in Jordan. Furthermore, the study identified the effect of many variables, related to teachers and students, on attitudes towards E-learning. To achieve the aims of the study, a questionnaire was developed and applied on a sample comprised of (359) male and female students, and (139) male and female teachers. The study revealed that teachers acquired moderate positive attitudes towards E-learning, and that there are significant differences at (α = 0.05) level in the attitudes towards E-learning due to gender, specialty, and experience. Whereas, no significant difference was found due to the following variables: qualifications or the number of workshops attended. As for students, the results revealed that they acquired moderate positive attitudes towards E-learning due to the following variables: gender, grade, GPA. The study addressed the issue of the need to promote teachers' and students' attitudes towards E-learning through providing physical and technical equipment as well as developing programs and effective activities that is coherent with curriculum content. Furthermore, the study recommended the need to persuade teachers with long period of teaching experience use E-learning and realize its benefits.

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تقصي اتجاهات الطلبة والمعلمين نحو التعلم الالكتروني في المدارس الأساسبة العليا في الأردن، ومعرفة أثر بعض المتغيرات المتعلقة بكل من المعلم والطالب في اتجاهاتهم نحو التعلم الإلكتروني. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تمّ تطوير استبانة تألفت في صورتها النهائية من (20) فقرة، وطُبقت على (359) طالب وطالبة وعلى (139) معلم ومعلمة. كشفت نتائج الدراسة عن اتجاهات إيجابية متوسطة القوة نحو التعلم الإلكتروني لدى المعلمين، وعن فروق دالة إحصائياً (0.05=α) في اتجاهاتهم نحو التعلم الإلكتروني تعزى لمتغير الجنس لصالح الإناث، ولمتغير التخصص لصالح التخصصات العلمية، ولمتغير سنوات الخبرة لصالح المعلمين ذوي الخبرات الأقل من (5) سنوات، في حين لاتوجد فروق دالة إحصائياً (0.05=α) في اتجاهات المعلمين تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي، أو لمتغير حضور دورات التعلم الإلكتروني. أمّا فيما يتعلق بالطلبة فقد أشارت النتائج أنهم يحملون اتجاهات إيجابية متوسطة القوة نحو التعلم الإلكتروني، بينما لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً (0.05=α) في اتجاهاتهم نحو التعلم الإلكتروني تعزى لمتغير كل من: الجنس، والصف، والمعدل العام. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة تنمية قوة الإتجاهات نحو التعلم الإلكتروني لدى الطلبة والمعلمين بشكل أكبر، وذلك من خلال تهيئة جميع التجهيزات المادية والتكنولوجية وإعداد البرامج والأنشطة التعليمية الفعالة المتوافقة والمتسقة مع المحتوى التعليمي الموجود في كتب الطلبة المنهجية، والتركيز على المعلمين ذوي الخبرة الطويلة لاقناعهم بالتعلم الالكتروني وفوائده، وتفعيل الدورات التدريبية المنعقدة.
