Abstract
This study aims to investigate the effect of using the conceptual maps strategy in middle school-students acquisition of the jurisprudential concepts and the development of reflective thinking. In order to achieve the objectives of this study، a test of acquiring the concepts of jurisprudence was conducted. The test included 30 paragraphs of the type of multiple choice، and a test of the reflective thinking skills included 25-paragraphs in the format of multiple choice. The sincerity and persistence of their indicators were calculated and they proved to be fine and adequate. The sample included 40 respondents’ students who have been selected in a random manner and divided into two study groups. Empirical group 1 included 20 students have been studied using the strategy of conceptual maps. Empirical group 2، the number of members was 20 students who have been studied using the traditional method. The results showed that there are statistically significant differences between the two study groups (empirical 1 and 2) related to the acquisition of jurisprudential concepts and the development of reflective thinking skills in favor of the empirical study group 1. In light of these results، the researcher recommended to employ strategy the conceptual maps strategy in the middle school-students and educating the school teachers of the conceptual maps strategy.

الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر استخدام إستراتيجية الخرائط المفاهيمية في اكتساب طالبات المرحلة المتوسطة للمفاهيم الفقهية، وتنمية التفكير التأملي لديهن، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم بناء اختبار اكتساب المفاهيم الفقهية المكون من (30) فقرة من نوع الاختيار من متعدد. واختبار مهارات التفكير التأملي المكون من (25) فقرة بصيغة الاختيار من متعدد وقد تم حساب مؤشرات صدقها وثباتها حيث كانت جيدة وتفي بالغرض، وقد بلغ عدد أفراد عينة الدراسة (40) طالبة تم اختيارها بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة،قسموا إلى مجموعتين الأولى التجريبية (1) عدد أفرادها (20) طالبة درست باستخدام إستراتيجية الخرائط المفاهيمية، والثانية تجريبية (2) عدد أفرادها (20) طالبة درست بالطريقة التقليدية. وقد أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين مجموعتي الدراسة التجريبية (1) والتجريبية (2) في اكتساب المفاهيم الفقهية وتنمية مهارات التفكير التأملي لصالح المجموعة التجريبية (1)، وفي ضوء هذه النتائج أوصت الباحثة بتوظيف إستراتيجية الخرائط المفاهيمية في المرحلة المتوسطة، وتوعية المعلمين بإستراتيجية الخرائط المفاهيمية.
