Students of writing courses show a rejection of traditional activities in which the writing is directed only to the teacher examiner. Therefore, the researcher seeks to examine the impact of the employment of Web 2.0 technologies in the writing course of the students who study French as a foreign language. The researcher conducted an experimental study on students in their second year at An-Najah National University. Results of the research showed the importance of the real-life situations in which students use the skills and knowledge of a variety of educational activities and faces different challenges in order to communicate with a real audience. This was clear in the commitment towards knowledge-based activity and perseverance on the implementation. As well, the study revealed the employment of the internet and its strategies to learn in different levels and different ways before, during and after writing. This helps in reducing the cognitive overload, increased the students’ ability to control tasks entrusted to him, and this resulted in the increase of self-confidence and self-respect.The same situation applied for publishing students’ writing on the internet. As a result, the student perception of his ability to control writing and writing activities and increase his motivation.

تبقى الكتابة من المهارات اللغوية الأصعب تعليماً وتعلماً بسبب خصوصيات الكتابة والصور الذهنية والممارسات التي نجدها عند المتعلمين والمعلمين على حدٍ سواء. نتيجة لذلك، يظهر الدارسين لمساقات الكتابة رفضاً للأنشطة التي تكون الكتابة فيها موجهة فقط للمدرس الممتحن. لذلك يسعى الباحث الى دراسة أثر توظيف تقنيات الويب 2.0 في نشاط للتعبير الكتابي على متعلمي اللغة الفرنسية كلغة أجنبية. فقام الباحث باجراء دراسة تجريبية على طلبة مساق التعبير الكتابي المتقدم في سنتهم الجامعية الثانية في جامعة النجاح. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أهمية الأنشطة التعليمية الحقيقية ذات المعنى والمنفعة بالنسبة للطالب والتي يستخدم فيها مهارات ومعارف متنوعة ويواجه تحديات مختلفة بهدف التواصل مع جمهور حقيقي والتأثير به. تشعر هذه الأنشطة الطالب بالمتعة والاستفادة والافادة. يترجم هذا بالتزام معرفي نحو النشاط وبمثابرة على التنفيذ وبكفاءة في الانجاز. كما كشفت الدراسة توظيف الطلبة للانترنت ولاستراتيجيات تعلم بمستويات وطرق متفاوتة قبل وأثناء وبعد الكتابة. يساهم ذلك في تقليل الضغط الذهني الناتج عن الكتابة وزيادة قدرة الطالب على التحكم بالمهام المناطة به مما يحرره من الخوف ويزيد من ثقته بنفسه واحترامه لذاته. كذلك الحال بالنسبة لنشر كتابات الطالب على الانترنت. بالنتيجة، يتحسن ادراك الطالب لقدرته على التحكم بجريان النشاط الكتابي وبنتائجه وتزيد دافعيته.
