This research mainly aims to evaluate the application of the elements of the production system just in time in industrial companies in Gaza Strip by identifying the following elements: (simultaneous purchase, continued improvement, preventive maintenance, multi-skilled labor, the stability of scheduling, interior design, withdrawals system). The sample size of 57 manufacturing company in the Gaza Strip, The most important findings were the lack of elements availability related to withdrawals system, the stability of scheduling and the simultaneous purchase while the elements of continued improvement, preventive maintenance and information technology are available

يهدف هذا البحث بشكل رئيس إلى تقويم مقومات تطبيق نظام الإنتاج في الوقت المحدد في الشركات الصناعية في قطاع غزة، من خلال التعرف على المقومات التالية: (الشراء الآني، التحسين المستمر، الصيانة الوقائية، عمالة متعددة المهارات، استقرار الجدولة، التصميم الداخلي، نظام السحب). وتمثلت عينة البحث بالشركات الصناعية العاملة في قطاع غزة وبلغت عددها (57) شركة، وكانت أهم النتائج عدم توفر المقومات المتعلقة بنظام السحب، واستقرار الجدولة، والشراء الآني، بينما تتوفر مقومات التحسين المستمر، والصيانة الوقائية، وتكنولوجيا المعلومات، وأهم التوصيات تمثلت في ضرورة وضع خطط للاهتمام بالمقومات غير المتوفرة في الشركات الصناعية الفلسطينية العاملة في قطاع غزة.
