The study aimed to identify the extent of the application of referees in the jordanian union football to life skills from the standpoint of professional referees, as well as to identify the differences in views regarding the application of life skills depending on the variable (age, educational qualification), and researchers used the descriptive method and sample consisted of (35) referee of professional football and registered for the sports season (2014 - 2013), was selected purposively, where they answer a questionnaire study consisted of (33) items distributed on five areas (decision-making, problem-solving, communication, leadership spirit, self-esteem), the results of the study showed a rise in the level of application of most areas of life skills under study for members of the sample, and the results of the study also indicated that there were no statistically significant differences at (α ≤ 0.05) due to the variables (age, educational qualification).

هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى مدى تطبيق حكام الاتحاد الاردني لكرة القدم للمهارات الحياتية من وجهة نظر الحكام المحترفين، وكذلك التعرف إلى الفروق في وجهات النظر بما يخص تطبيق المهارات الحياتية تبعا لمتغير (العمر، الموهل العلمي)، وقد استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي وتكونت عينة من (35) حكم كرة قدم محترف والمسجلين للموسم الرياضي (2014 - 2013)، وتم اختيارهم بالطريقة العمدية، حيث قاموا بالإجابة على استبانه الدراسة التي تكونت من (33) فقرة موزعة على خمس مجالات (اتخاذ القرار، حل المشكلات، التواصل، الروح القيادية، تقدير الذات)، أظهرت نتائج الدراسة ارتفاع في مستوى تطبيق معظم مجالات المهارات الحياتية قيد الدراسة لأفراد العينة، كما أشارت نتائج الدراسة أيضا الى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (α≤0.05) تعزى إلى المتغيرات (العمر، المؤهل العملي).
