This study looks to know about the basic methodological alignments that were found in the Pre-Islamic era. It means by that to reveal the primitive foundations that flowed from them. In light of the above, The researcher firstly seeks for establishing the origin of the alignments methodologically. And finally discusses the religious functions that were for those alignments. The researcher took the "Almtaibian", and" Laaq Al Dm" alignments for this study.

هذه دِراسةٌ تَمْتَحُ لِاسْتِكْناهِ الأُسِّ الميثوبيِّ لِلأَحْلافِ المَعْقودةِ، والعُهودِ المُبْرَمَةِ في العَصْرِ الجاهِليِّ، قاصدةً بِذلكَ الكَشْفَ عَنْ مَظانِّها البِدْئيَّةِ التي انْبَثَقَتْ مِنها، في ظِلِّ ما تَقَدَّم، يَسعى الباحِثُ إلى تَأصيلِ الأحْلافِ ميثوبِيًّا، ثُمَّ الولوج إلى قَراءةِ كَيْفِيَّةِ عَقْدِها، وَأماكِنِ إبرامِها، وَطقوسِ تَوْثيقِها، وَالوَظائِفِ الدّينِيَّةِ التي وُكِلَتْ إِلَيْها، مُتَّخِذًا مِنْ حِلْفي المُطَيِّبينَ وَلَعْقَةِ الدَّمِ أُنْموذَجًا للدِّراسَةِ.
