This study aimed at finding the practiced leadership styles and their Relation to administrative Communication Styles among public School Principals in Jerash Governorate, and find the difference between the responses of study samples due to their variables (teaching stage, gender, and experience in administration). The sample of the study consisted of (150) from both male and female Principals were chosen by using the intentional method. In order to achieve the study objectives tow questionnaires were developed, the first one was to measure the practiced leadership styles and consisted of (35) items distributed among four fields democratic style, laizes fair style, autocratic style, and disorder style, and the second one was to measure the practiced Communication Styles and consisted of (23) items distributed among four fields: low Communication style, ascending Communication style, horizontal Communication style and multi-directional Communication style after verifying the construction validity and the realability. The results of the study showed that the practiced leadership styles among public school principals came as follows the democratic leadership style was rated in the first rank within high degree, followed by laizes fair style within a moderate degree was rated in the second rank then the disorder leadership style came in the third rank within a moderate degree finally the autocratic leadership style was rated in the fourth rank within a moderate degree. The results of the study also showed that the administrative Communication styles among public school principals were classified due to their means within practiced degree (moderate). And the results showed that the values of correlation coefficient between the leadership styles and the practiced Communication styles and their dimensions among the public school principals were a statistical significant at the level of (α≤0.05). And also, there is a statistical significant difference at the level of (α≤0.05) between the leadership styles and the practiced Communication styles among public school principals due to the study variables (teaching stage, gender, and experience in administration). In the light of the study result the researcher recommended many recommendations.after verifying the construction validity and the realability. هدفت الدراسة تعرف الأنماط القيادية الممارسة وعلاقتها بأنماط الاتصال الإداري لدى مديري المدارس الحكومية في محافظة جرش، وكذلك معرفة أثر متغيرات (المرحلة التعليمية، والجنس، وسنوات الخدمة في الإدارة) في تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة للنمط القيادي ونمط الاتصال الممارس لديهم. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (150) مديرًا ومديرة تم اختيارهم بالطريقة القصدية. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تطوير استبانتين؛ الأولى لقياس الأنماط القيادية الممارسة، وتكونت من (35) فقرة، موزعة على أربعة مجالات، هي: النمط الديمقراطي، والنمط الأتوقراطي، والنمط التسيبي، والنمط الترسلي، والثانية لقياس نمط الاتصال الممارس، وتكونت من (23) فقرة، موزعة على أربعة مجالات، هي: نمط الاتصال الهابط، ونمط الاتصال الصاعد، ونمط الاتصال الأفقي، ونمط الاتصال متعدد الاتجاهات (الشبكي)، بعد التحقق من دلالات صدقهما وثباتهما. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أنَّ الأنماط القيادية الممارسة لدى مديري المدارس الحكومية في محافظة جرش جاءت كالآتي: النمط القيادي الديمُقراطي في المرتبة الأولى بمستوى تقدير (مرتفع)، تلاه النمط القيادي الترسلي في المرتبة الثانية بمستوى تقدير (متوسط)، ثم النمط القيادي التسيبي في المرتبة الثالثة بمستوى تقدير (متوسط)، وأخيرًا النمط القيادي الأُتُوقراطي في المرتبة الرابعة بمستوى تقدير (متوسط). كذلك أظهرت النتائج أنَّ أنماط الاتصال الممارسة لدى مديري المدارس الحكومية صُنِّفَت جميعها وفقًا لأوساطها الحسابية ضمن مستوى ممارسة (متوسط)؛ حيث جاء نمط الاتصال الأفقي في المرتبة الأولى، تلاه النمط الشبكي، ثم النمط الصاعد، وأخيرًا نمط الاتصال الهابط. وأظهرت النتائج أنَّ قيم معاملات ارتباط بيرسون لعلاقة الأنماط القيادية بأنماط الاتصال الممارسة لدى مديري المدارس الحكومية كانت دالة إحصائيًا عند مستوى الدلالة (α≤0.05). كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فرق دال إحصائيًا عند مستوى الدلالة (α≤0.05) في النمط القيادي ونمط الاتصال الممارس لدى مديري المدارس الحكومية يُعزى لمتغيرات الدراسة (المرحلة التعليمية، الجنس، سنوات الخدمة في الإدارة). وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة خلص الباحث إلى مجموعة من التوصيات. كذلك أظهرت النتائج أنَّ أنماط الاتصال الممارسة لدى مديري المدارس الحكومية صُنِّفَت جميعها وفقًا لأوساطها الحسابية ضمن مستوى ممارسة (متوسط)؛ حيث جاء نمط الاتصال الأفقي في المرتبة الأولى، تلاه النمط الشبكي، ثم النمط الصاعد، وأخيرًا نمط الاتصال الهابط. وأظهرت النتائج أنَّ قيم معاملات ارتباط بيرسون لعلاقة الأنماط القيادية بأنماط الاتصال الممارسة لدى مديري المدارس الحكومية كانت دالة إحصائيًا عند مستوى الدلالة (α≤0.05).
