The current study aimed at identifying the status of Crisis Management at Al-Balqa Applied University and finding out the effect of variables (Gender, College, Academic rank, and years of experience). The Sample of the study Consisted of (240) members who were selected in a simple random method. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire has developed that has been verified and validated in the appropriate Educational and statistical method; and also has used the Analytical Descriptive Approach. The results of the study have shown that the status of crisis management at Al- Balqa Applied University came at "medium level" with an average of (3.38 out of 5). There were differences of statistical significance (α = 0.05) between less than with (5) years’ experience, and (11) years’ experience and more, and the differences came in favor of (11) years and more.

هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن واقع إدارة الأزمات في جامعة البلقاء التطبيقية، ومعرفة أثر كل من المتغيرات (النوع الاجتماعي، والكلية، والرتبة الأكاديمية، وسنوات الخبرة) على الواقع. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (240) عضوًا، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة، ولغايات تحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تطوير استبانة تم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها بالطريقة التربوية والإحصائية المناسبة، باستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة بأن واقع إدارة الأزمات في جامعة بالبلقاء التطبيقية جاء بمستوى "متوسط"، وبمتوسط حسابي (3.38 من أصل 5) للدرجة الكلية، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية (α = 0.05) بين ذوي خبرة أقل من (5) سنوات، وذوي خبرة (11) سنة فأكثر، وجاءت الفروق لصالح (11) سنة فأكثر.
