This study aims at identifying the problems of the university students of Hail College of Education with regard to university services, and to identify differences depending on the variables of the level of study and specialization. To achieve the aim of this study, the researcher prepared his questionnaire, which included 36 items Its validity and reliability were verified .and distributed randomly on the study sample of 355 students at Hail University, Al-Shamli Branch. The results of the study showed that the degree of total arithmetic averages of the fields of study was lower. Student services were ranked first at a moderate level the materials were then recorded and withdrawn, while the academic supervision was very low. Then the office services and in the last rank came the teaching process. The study showed that there were no differences due to specialization. The absence of differences due to the impact of the level of the study. The researcher recommended to take care of the work to provide services. Strengthening of the facility and activities affecting the lives of students at the university, a renew of the academic halls and university laboratories.

هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى المشكلات التي تواجه طالبات جامعة حائل في كلية التربية عن الخدمات الجامعية، والتعرف إلى الفروق تبعاً لمتغيرات مستوى الدراسة، والتخصص. ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة أعدت الباحثة استبانة اشتملت على (36) فقرة، وجرى التحقق من صدقها وثباتها. ووزعت بالطريقة العشوائية على عينة الدراسة مكونه (355) طالبة في جامعة حائل فرع الشملي. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة المتوسطات الحسابية الكلية عن مجالات الدراسة جاءت منخفضة، أما المجالات فقد جاء مجال الخدمات الطلابية بالمرتبة الأولى بدرجة متوسطة، وجاء مجال تسجيل المواد وسحبها بالمرتبة الثانية وبدرجة متوسطة، وجاء مجال الإرشاد الأكاديمي بدرجة منخفضة بالمرتبة الثالثة، ثم مجال الخدمات المكتبية بدرجة منخفضة بالمرتبة الرابعة، وجاء مجال العملية التدريسية بالمرتبة الخامسة وبدرجة منخفضة. وأظهرت الدراسة عدم وجود فروق تعزى للتخصص، وعدم وجود فروق تعزى لأثر المستوى الدراسي. وأوصت الباحثة الاهتمام بالعمل على توفير الخدمات، وتعزيز المرافق والنشاطات التي تمس حياة الطالبات في الجامعة، وتحديث قاعات التدريس والمختبرات الجامعية.
