Abstract
This study aimed to identify the degree of practicing the ethics for university teaching profession by a university professor as viewed by the educational diploma female students at Taibah University. The sample of the study consisted of (63) female students of educational diploma in Taibah University, the questionnaire was used to collect the study data and the validity and reliability were achieved, the results showed that the university professor is committed to work ethically with a high degree in all aspects when carrying out teaching duties, in evaluating students and organizing examinations, the highest degree is the personal side. It is interested in directing students to different sources of knowledge; also it allows to review the results of examinations. The results showed that there are no differences in the views of female students in all areas of the degree of practicing the ethics for university teaching profession by a university professor due to the variable of the academic year, and in light of the results, the researcher recommended that professor should participate with his students and encourage them to make collective decisions

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى أخلاقيات مهنة التعليم التي يلتزم بها الأستاذ الجامعي عند القيام بمهام التدريس، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (63) طالبة من طالبات الدبلوم التربوي في جامعة طيبة، واستخدمت الاستبانة لجمع بيانات الدراسة، وتمّ التحقق من دلالات صدقها وثباتها. أظهرت النتائج أن الأستاذ الجامعي يلتزم بأخلاقيات العمل بدرجة مرتفعة من جميع الجوانب عند القيام بمهام التدريس، وفي تقييم الطالبات وتنظيم الامتحانات، وكان أعلاها من الجانب الشخصي، كما أنه يهتم بتوجيه طالباته إلى مصادر المعرفة المختلفة، وأيضاً يسمح بمراجعة نتائج الامتحانات، بالإضافة إلى أنه يتحرى العدل والمساواة في معاملة طالباته، كما أظهر النتائج عدم وجود فروق في وجهات نظر الطالبات في جميع مجالات ممارسة أعضاء هيئة التدريس لأخلاقيات مهنة التدريس تبعاً لمتغير السنة الدراسية، وفي ضوء النتائج أوصت الباحثة بضرورة مشاركة الأستاذ الجامعي لطالباته وتشجيعهن على اتخاذ القرارات الجماعية.
