Abstract
The study aimed to identify the impact of parental relationship in promoting the culture of citizenship among children, with a particular focus on families from el-Shati’ refugee, camp in Gaza City. The study was carried out on a sample consisting of (88) participants from heads of Palestinian households and their children living in el-Shati’ refugee camp by using the descriptive approach. The researcher used a questionnaire where one of the parents filled out the part assigned to him/her, and then one of their children complete the other part with the researcher’s help. The results of the participants’ responses to the effect of parental relationship were high; the study showed that the percentage of all parental domains was (85.2%). The field of education ranked the first on the parental relationship level with (88.4%), then in the field of religious education (88%). While the percentage of field of society was (82.4%), the field of the family life got (81.8%). The results also indicated the rise of the level of culture of citizenship among children in the sample, which was (86.8%) for the total paragraphs of this axis. In addition, the results showed a statistically essential effect of parental relationship on the culture of citizenship among children. The dimensions of the parental relationship variable as an independent variable estimated at (66%) of the variance in the dependent variable related to the culture of citizenship among the children. This axis is one of the most important factors affecting the culture of citizenship among children. The most important recommendations were the need to disseminate the experience of the Women’s Program Center, the People’s Committee for Refugees and the Zakat Committee to support and guide families that had not been reached, and to encourage other civil society institutions to work with parenting programs to develop parenting relationship skills.

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة التعرف على أثر العلاقة الوالدية في تعزيز ثقافة المواطنة لدى الأبناء بالتطبيق على أسر مخيم الشاطئ للاجئين بمدينة غزة، فلسطين. وتم التطبيق على عينة قوامها (88) من أرباب الأسر الفلسطينية المقيمة بمخيم الشاطئ للاجئين وأبنائهم باستخدام المنهج الوصفي واستخدم الباحث استمارة الاستبيان بحيث يقوم أحد الوالدين بتعبئة الجزء الخاص به ومن ثم يقوم أحد أبنائه بتعبئة الجزء المتبقي منها بمساعدة الباحث وأشارت النتائج المنبثقة من استجابات أفراد العينة على محور العلاقة الوالدية حيث مثلت الدرجة الكلية للمحور على مجمل فقرات هذا المحور %85,2 وقد أحرز مجال التعليم المتعلق بالعلاقة الوالدية مع الأبناء الترتيب الأول على المحور وبنسبة 88,4% ثم في مجال التربية الدينية بنسبة 88% ومع المجتمع بنسبة 82,4% وفى مجال الحياة العائلية بنسبة 81,8%، كما أشارت النتائج إلى ارتفاع مستوى ثقافة المواطنة لدى الأبناء في العينة حيث كانت النسبة 86,8% على مجمل الفقرات. وقد بينت النتائج الأثر الجوهري ذو الدلالة الإحصائية للعلاقة الوالدية على ثقافة المواطنة لدى الأبناء حيث فسرت أبعاد متغير العلاقة الوالدية كمتغير مستقل ما قيمته 66% من التباين في المتغير التابع المتعلق بثقافة المواطنة لدى الأبناء وكان البعد الثاني المتعلق بالتعليم والبعد الرابع المتعلق بالمجتمع على ذلك المحور من أهم العوامل المؤثرة على ثقافة المواطنة لدى الأبناء وتمثلت أهم التوصيات في ضرورة تعميم تجربة مركز البرامج النسائية واللجنة الشعبية للاجئين ولجنة زكاة الشاطئ في دعم وتوجيه الأسر التي لم يتم الوصول إليها وتشجيع مؤسسات المجتمع المدني الأخرى وكذلك عمل برامج ارشادية لتنمية مهارات العلاقة الوالدية لدى الآباء.
