The aim of the study is to investigate the role of Palestinian cultural fund through cultural activities supported by the Palestinian cultural fund presented in (Theatre, Cinema, Folklore, cultural heritage and infrastructure projects) in promoting the Palestinian national identity. The study adopted the qualitative approach to determine the current status of the study and achieving goals through an interview directed to a sample of (20) subjects; 13 cultural institutions and (7) creative people supported by the fund from 2015-2019 in the West bank and Gaza. The results of the study revealed that the Palestinian Cultural Fund contributes in promoting of the Palestinian cultural identity by 73% within an average degree, through its support for the various cultural activities that reflect the Palestinian history and memory. The findings stressed that the fund must believe in the value added by the participants to the cultural scene, and must preserve the Palestinian cultural identity through his support for the producers of culture and the promotion of artistic taste. Based on the findings; the researcher recommended the necessity of activating the cultural movement through improving and increasing the support given to it, especially for innovative activities that express the Palestinian issue in a different and non-traditional way.

هدفت هذه الدّراسة إلى التّعرف على دور الصّندوق الثّقافي الفلسطينيّ، من خلال الأنشطة الثّقافية التي يدعمها الصّندوق الثّقافي الفلسطينيّ، المتمثّلة في: (المسرح، والسّينما، وأنشطة التّراث الشّعبي، والموروثات الثّقافية، ومشاريع البنية التحتيّة)، في تعزيز الهويّة الثّقافيّة الفلسطينيّة، حيث اتّبعت الدراسة المنهج الكيفيّ لتحديد الوضعيّة الحاليّة للدّراسة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدّراسة، تمّ تصميم مقابلة وجّهت إلى عيّنة مكوّنة من ثلاثة عشر مؤسّسة ثقافيّة، وسبعة من الأفراد المبدعين، الحاصلين على دعم من الصّندوق الثّقافي الفلسطينيّ خلال الفترة (2015-2019)، في الضّفة الغربيّة وقطاع غزّة. وكشفت نتائج الدّراسة أنّ الصّندوق الثّقافي الفلسطينيّ، يسهم في تعزيز الهويّة الثّقافيّة الفلسطينيّة بنسبة 73% بدرجة متوسطة؛ وذلك من خلال دعمه للأنشطة الثّقافيّة المختلفة، التي تعّبر عن التّاريخ والذّاكرة الفلسطينية، وأكّدت نتائج الدّراسة على إيمان الصندوق الثقافي بالقيمة التي يضيفها المشاركين إلى المشهد الثّقافيّ، ويسعى بكل جهده للحفاظ على الهويّة الثّقافيّة الفلسطينيّة من خلال دعمه لمنتجي الثقافة والارتقاء بالذّائقة الفنية. وعلى ضوء النّتائج، أوصت الدّراسة بضرورة تنشيط الحركة الثقافية؛ من خلال تحسين وزيادة الدّعم المقدّم لها، وخاصة للأنشطة المبتكرة، التي تعبّر عن القضيّة الفلسطينيّة بصورة أخرى وغير تقليدية.
