This study aimed to identify the benefit from the services and facilities provided at Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University, to the students with disabilities, the study was implemented by applying a questionnaire consisting of (44) items distributed in five dominos: (supportive university environment, attitudes of students with disabilities towards a center University services for the disabled, facilities provided for students with disabilities by their faculty members, facilities provided for students with disabilities by colleagues at the university, personal performance of a student with disabilities), used the descriptive survey method, the sample consisted of (64) students with disabilities (totally blind, physical and health disabilities). The results showed that disabled students highly profit from the provided services and facilities to them by the Center for Disabled Services at the university, and from the facilities provided to them by their teachers, and from the facilities provided to them by colleagues at the university. Moreover, the students gain lower profit –medium profit- from the supportive university environment that consist of appropriate facilities, feeling of equality, happiness, comfort, and inclusion. From the disabled students view about themselves the results showed an average level of satisfaction, and there are statistically significant differences in the degree of utilization of the services and facilities provided to students with disabilities by colleagues at the university, in favor of students of the higher academic level, and there are statistically significant differences in relation to the view of the student with a disability about himself, in favor of physical and health disability. The study recommended a number of recommendations, including meeting the psychological, educational, social, sports, recreational and cultural needs of students with disabilities, and working to remove the obstacles and difficulties that limit the integration of this group in the university community in order to build positive attitudes towards them.

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة درجة استفادة الطلاب المعوقين من الخدمات والتسهيلات المقدمة في جامعة الإمام محمد بن سعود الإسلامية، تكونت العينة من (64) طالب من ذوي الإعاقة (إعاقة بصرية، إعاقة جسمية وصحية) من طلبة الجامعة المسجلين في الفصل الدراسي الأول للعام الجامعي 2019/2020، وتم أستخدم المنهج الوصفي، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام استبانة تكونت من (44) فقرة موزعة على خمسة أبعاد، هي: 1. البيئة الجامعية الداعمة، 2. اتجاهات الطلبة المعوقين نحو مركز خدمات المعوقين بالجامعة، 3.تعامل أعضاء هيئة التدريس 4. التسهيلات المقدمة للطلبة المعوقين من قبل الزملاء في الجامعة، 5. نظرة الطالب المعاق عن نفسه. (وأظهرت النتائج أن إستفادة الطلاب المعوقين من الخدمات والتسهيلات المقدمة لهم كان بدرجة عالية، ومن الخدمات والتسهيلات المقدمة لهم من مركز خدمات المعوقين بالجامعة، ومن التسهيلات المقدمة لهم من قبل مدرسيهم، ومن التسهيلات المقدمة لهم من قبل الزملاء في الجامعة، كما استفاد الطلاب بدرجة متوسطة من البيئة الجامعية الداعمة المتمثلة في مناسبة المرافق والشعور بالمساواة وبالسعادة والراحة، والدمج، وكانت نظرة الطالب المعاق عن نفسه بدرجة متوسطة، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة الاستفادة من الخدمات والتسهيلات المقدمة بما يتعلق بالتسهيلات المقدمة للطلبة ذوي الإعاقة من قبل الزملاء في الجامعة، وذلك لصالح طلاب المستوى الدراسي الأعلى، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بما يتعلق بنظرة الطالب ذي الإعاقة عن نفسه، وذلك لصالح ذوي الإعاقة الجسمية والصحية. وأوصت الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات منها تلبية الاحتياجات النفسية والتعليمية والاجتماعية والرياضية والترفيهية والثقافية المقدمة للطلاب ذوي الإعاقة، والعمل على إزالة المعيقات والصعوبات التي تحد من دمج هذه الفئة في المجتمع الجامعي بهدف بناء اتجاهات إيجابية نحوهم.
