This study aimed to explore the determinants of strategic agility in sports clubs in the Sultanate of Oman. The study employed a descriptive survey methodology, and data were collected through an electronic questionnaire. The study sample consisted of (104) individuals working in sports clubs, divided into (20) individuals for the pilot sample and (84) individuals for the main sample, selected randomly. The results of the study showed that the areas of (strategic sensitivity and vision clarity) received a high level of agreement, while (core capabilities, strategic objectives, shared responsibility, and response speed) received a moderate level of agreement. Overall, the degree of strategic agility determinants in sports clubs in Oman was moderate. Sports clubs in Oman strive to keep pace with development and continuous improvement, working diligently to align their vision with the aspirations and goals of Oman Vision 2040.Conclusions and Recommendations: It is recommended that Omani sports clubs pay attention to the determinants of strategic agility, including (core capabilities, strategic objectives, shared responsibility, and response speed), to achieve sustainable excellence in all local and international activities and competitions. Additionally, clubs should maintain continuous communication with stakeholders and staff, address their needs and suggestions, and implement suitable ones. Furthermore, the working committees within the clubs should be integrated, cohesive, and fully harmonious.

هدفت الدِّراسة للكشف عن محددات الرشاقة الاستراتيجية بالأندية الرياضية في سلطنة عمان، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، والاستبانة في جمع البيانات، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (104) من العاملين بالأندية الرياضية، وتم تقسيم العينة الى (20) فرد للعينة الاستطلاعية و(84) فرد للعينة الأساسية، حيث تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية، وكانت أداة الدراسة الاستبانة الإلكترونية. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة: أن مجالي (الحساسية الاستراتيجية ووضوح الرؤية) جاءوا بدرجة موافقة مرتفعة، أما (المقدرات الجوهرية، الاهداف الاستراتيجية، المسؤولية المشتركة، سرعة الاستجابة) قد جاءوا بدرجة متوسطة، وجاءت درجة محددات الرشاقة الاستراتيجية بالأندية الرياضية في سلطنة عمان ككل بدرجة متوسطة، والأندية الرياضية في سلطنة عمان تسعى إلى مواكبة التطور وتحسين المستمر، وتعمل الأندية الرياضية في سلطنة عمان بكل جهد لتكون هذه الرؤية منسجمة مع تطلعات واهداف رؤية سلطنة عمان 2040. الاستنتاجات والتوصيات: ضرورة اهتمام الأندية الرياضية العمانية بمحددات الرشاقة الاستراتيجية المتمثلة في (المقدرات الجوهرية، الاهداف الاستراتيجية، المسؤولية المشتركة، سرعة الاستجابة)، لتحقيق التميز المستدام في كافة الأنشطة والمسابقات المقامة على الصعيد المحلي والخارجي، والعمل على التواصل مع المستفيدين والعاملين بالنادي بشكل دائم وتلمس حاجاتهم واقتراحاتهم وتنفيذ المناسب منها، والعمل على أن تكون اللجان العاملة في النادي متكاملة ومترابطة ويوجد بينها الانسجام التام.
