Purpose: This study aimed at investigating the relationship between the challenges of digital transformation and digital transformation and whether this relationship differs according to gender, age, educational qualification, or experience among workers in the Syrian Ministry of Communications and Technology. Methodology: In order to achieve the purpose of this study, the correlational descriptive method was used for data analysis. The questionnaire was used as a study tool and distributed to a random sample of (113) employees at various administrative levels in the Ministry of Communications and Technology. (95) questionnaires were retrieved, suitable for statistical analysis, and Analyzed using the statistical program (SPSS). Findings: The results showed that there is statistically significant inverse correlation between the challenges of digital transformation and the trend toward digital transformation. with financial challenges being the most closely related, followed by organizational challenges, then cultural challenges. Moreover, there were no statistically significant differences in the sample members' opinions on the challenges of digital transformation attributable to the variables of gender, age, educational qualification, and experience. Furthermore, there were no statistically significant differences in the sample members' opinions regarding the relationship between the challenges of digital transformation and the trend toward digital transformation attributable to gender, age, educational qualifications, and experience.

الهدف: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى بحث العلاقة بين تحديات التحول الرقمي والتحول الرقمي وفيما إذا كانت هذه العلاقة تختلف باختلاف الجنس أو العمر أو المؤهل العلمي أو الخبرة لدى العاملين في وزارة الاتصالات والتقانة السورية. المنهجية: ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي في جمع البيانات وتحليلها. واستخدام الاستبانة كأداة للدراسة، وتوزيعها على عينة عشوائية مقدارها (113) من العاملين في وزارة الاتصالات والتقانة، وتم استرجاع (95) استبانة صالحة للتحليل الاحصائي، وجرى تحليل هذه الاستبانة وفق برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية SPSS. النتائج: أشارت النتائج إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية عكسية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين تحديات التحول الرقمي والتوجه نحو التحول الرقمي، وأن التحديات التمويلية كانت الأكثر ارتباطاً، تبعتها التحديات التنظيمية، ثم التحديات الثقافية. كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً لآراء أفراد العينة حول تحديات التحول الرقمي تعزى لمتغيرات الجنس، العمر، المؤهل العلمي، والخبرة. وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في آراء العينة حول العلاقة بين تحديات التحول الرقمي والتوجه نحو التحول الرقمي تعزى إلى متغيرات الجنس، العمر، المؤهل العلمي، والخبرة.
