The present study is the first to examine strategic agility and entrepreneurial orientation in the Yemeni context, specifically within the Yemeni banking sector. It aimed to assess the role of strategic agility and its dimensions in enhancing entrepreneurial orientation in Yemeni banks. Methodology: The study adopted an analytical descriptive approach, employing a questionnaire as the primary data collection tool. Data were analyzed using SMART PLS program in 2024. The results revealed a statistically significant role of strategic agility in enhancing entrepreneurial orientation. Furthermore, the dimensions of strategic agility (clarity of vision and objectives, core capabilities, shared responsibility, and appropriate decision-making) demonstrated a statistically significant influence on enhancing entrepreneurial orientation in Yemeni banks. However, the dimension of strategic sensitivity did not show a statistically significant effect. The researchers attribute this finding to the exceptional challenges and immense pressures faced by bank leaders due to the unprecedented changes in the Yemeni banking sector in recent years, despite banks' continued efforts to adapt to critical changes for survival and sustainability. The study recommends that Yemeni banks develop training programs in strategic management and entrepreneurship. Additionally, it emphasizes the need to train employees on the proper implementation of strategic agility and entrepreneurial orientation, clarifying the relationship between the two concepts. Furthermore, banks should enhance mechanisms for monitoring environmental changes to strengthen strategic sensitivity.

تعتبر الدراسة الحالية أول دراسة تناولت الرشاقة الاستراتيجية والتوجه الريادي في البيئة اليمنية وفي القطاع المصرفي اليمني؛ وهدفت إلى تقييم دور الرشاقة الاستراتيجية وأبعادها في تعزيز التوجه الريادي في البنوك اليمنية؛ واستخدمت المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، والاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات وتحليلها باستخدام برنامج (SMART PLS) في العام 2024، وأظهرت النتائج وجود دور للرشاقة الاستراتيجية في تعزيز التوجه الريادي ذو دلالة احصائية، وإن لأبعاد الرشاقة الاستراتيجية (وضوح الرؤية والأهداف، والمقدرات الجوهرية، والمسئولية المشتركة، واتخاذ القرارات المناسبة) دور ذو دلالة احصائية في تعزيز التوجه الريادي في البنوك اليمنية، إلا أن بـُعد (الحساسية الاستراتيجية) لم يكن له دور ذو دلالة احصائية، ويعزو الباحثان ذلك إلى التحديات الاستثنائية والضغوط الهائلة التي تواجه قادة البنوك نتيجةً للتغيرات غير المسبوقة التي شهدها القطاع المصرفي اليمني في السنوات الأخيرة، رغم مواصلة البنوك محاولة التكيف مع التغيرات الحرجة من أجل البقاء والاستمرار؛ وأوصت أن على البنوك اليمنية الإعداد لدورات تدريبية في مجال الاستراتيجية وفي مجال الريادة، وإن عليها تدريب العاملين على كيفية الممارسة الصحيحة للرشاقة الاستراتيجية والتوجه الريادي وتوضيح العلاقة بينهما، وتطوير آليات رصد التغيرات البيئية لتعزيز الحساسية الاستراتيجية.
