Editorial Policies

The Editor-in-Chief of the journal is the Dean of Scientific Research at An-Najah National University. The editor in-chief is responsible for doing initial evaluation of the submitted manuscripts before the double-blind peer review process. Regardless of any other non-scientific aspect, the first evaluation is conducted only based on scientific value.

The final decision about a manuscript is made by the editorial board based on reports made by experts within the field of the submitted manuscript. The Editor-in-Chief has no authority to accept or reject a submitted manuscript without the approval of the editorial board. The first 15 accepted articles will be published in the February issue and if more articles are good enough to be accepted they will appear online with the date of the August issue but each of the articles will be published as soon as they are accepted.
