Objectives: This study addresses the signs of the materialization of human societies. Since it assists judges or arbitrators in solving future disputes that may arise regarding encrypted digital virtual money in the Metaverse. It also helps lawyers and legal, economic, or technical researchers to understand the complex relationship between a set of modern legal, economic, and technical concepts in a simplified manner, thus preparing to face any case presented to them in this regard. Methods: The study adopted a perspective methodological approach that establishes a state of readiness to confront any issue that may arise in the future regarding the relationship between the Metaverse and the Metacoin, in addition to the analytical approach that aims to benefit from general rules and apply them to the specific cases that the research studies. Results: The failure to address the Metaverse with legal regulation represents a crisis that burdens judges, especially in light of the controversy point of views in Islamic law or the laws of Arab countries. Conclusion: Enactment of an international treaty that would result in the establishment of a virtual international body to monitor dealing with Metacoin in the Metaverse. As well as creating a virtual central bank, similar to traditional central banks, or at least an independent unit within national central banks to reduce the concerns of law enforcement authorities regarding the consequences of dealing with metacoin.

الأهداف: تعالج هذه الدراسة بوادر لا مادية المجتمعات البشرية، إذ تهدف لمساعدة القاضي أو المحكم بالتصدي للنزاعات المستقبلية التي قد تثور بصدد التعامل بالنقود الافتراضية الرقمية المشفرة (الميتاكوين) في الميتافيرس، كما تساعد المحامي والباحث القانوني أو الاقتصادي أو التقني في استيعاب العلاقة المتراكبة بين جملة من المفاهيم القانونية الاقتصادية التقنية الحديثة. المنهجية: اعتمدت الدراسة أسلوب منهجي استشرافي يؤسس حالة من الاستعداد لمواجهة أي قضية تثور مستقبلاً بصدد العلاقة بين الميتافيرس والميتاكوين إلى جانب المنهج التحليلي الذي يرمي إلى الاستفادة من الأحكام العامة وتطبيقها على الحالات الخاصة التي يتناولها البحث. النتائج: إن غياب التنظيم القانوني يمثل أزمة ترهق القاضي عند إنزال حكم القانون على إشكالية استخدام النقود الافتراضية الرقمية المشفرة (الميتاكوين) في الميتافيرس، لاسيما بظل حالة الجدل حول مشروعية التعامل بها خارج الميتافيرس سواء بالشريعة الإسلامية أم في قوانين الدول العربية التي تأرجحت بين الصمت والحظر والإباحة ضمن قيود ومحددات معينة، التوصيات: هناك حاجة إلى سن معاهدة دولية يتمخض عنها إنشاء جهة دولية افتراضية لمراقبة التعامل بالميتاكوين في الميتافيرس وذلك عبــر إحداث بنك مركزي افتراضي كفكــرة مماثلــة للبنــوك المركزيــة التقليديــة، أو على الأقل تخصيـص وحـدة رقابيـة مسـتقلة داخـل البنـوك المركزيـة الوطنيـة للعبء بهذه المهمة بما يقلل من مخاوف سلطات إنفاذ القانون حول مآلات التعامل بها.
