Objective: This research aims to shed light on the role of the Legal Clinic at Al-Istiqlal University in achieving a balance between the requirements of security work and the requirements of human rights. Method: The researcher used the descriptive analytical method, as well as the historical method. Results: The researcher reached a number of results: Aligning security work with human rights is one of the basic requirements for strengthening the rule of law and achieving justice. The legal clinic is a practical curriculum for studying law and providing students with practical skills. The security man’s enjoyment of the culture of human rights and his practical training in it is an essential pillar of his ability to achieve a balance between security work and human rights while exercising his duties. Individuals' awareness of their rights is a guarantee that these rights are respected by members of the security establishment. The training activities provided by the Law Clinic to students of the Faculty of Law at Al-Istiqlal University contribute to building the capabilities of members of the security institution to harmonize security work and human rights. Recommendations: The researcher recommends: Calling on researchers to enhance scientific research in the field of security work and human rights, and providing recommendations to decision-makers. Calling on law faculties in Palestinian universities to adopt the legal clinic as an educational curriculum that combines academic knowledge and practical experience. Calling on the security services to intensify training courses for their members in the field of security work and human rights. Calling on the deans of colleges at Al-Istiqlal University to subject students to legal clinic training, especially in the field of security work and human rights, since all university graduates join the security institution.

الهدف: يهدف هذا البحث إلى تسليط الضوء على دور العيادة القانونية في جامعة الاستقلال في تحقيق التوازن بين متطلبات العمل الأمني ومقتضيات حقوق الإنسان. المنهج: وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وكذلك المنهج التاريخي. النتائج: توصل الباحث إلى عدد من النتائج: المواءمة بين العمل الأمني وحقوق الإنسان من المتطلبات الأساسية لتعزيز سيادة القانون وتحقيق العدالة. للعيادة القانونية منهج عملي لدراسة القانون واكساب الطلبة المهارات العملية. تمتع رجل الأمن بثقافة حقوق الإنسان وتدريبه العملي عليها ركن أساسي في قدرته على تحقيق التوازن بين العمل الأمن وحقوق الإنسان أثناء ممارسة مهامه. وعي الأفراد بحقوقهم ضمانة لاحترام هذه الحقوق من قبل أفراد المؤسسة الأمنية. الأنشطة التدريبية التي تقدمها العيادة القانون لطلبة كلية القانون في جامعة الاستقلال تسهم في بناء قدرات أفراد المؤسسة الأمنية على المواءمة بين العمل الأمني وحقوق الإنسان. التوصيات: يوصي الباحث: دعوة الباحثين إلى تعزيز البحث العلمي في مجال العمل الأمني وحقوق الإنسان، وتقديم التوصيات لصناع القرار. دعوة كليات الحقوق في الجامعات الفلسطينية إلى اعتماد العيادة القانونية كمنهج تعليمي يدمج بين المعرفة الأكاديمية والخبرة العملية. دعوة الأجهزة الأمنية إلى تكثيف الدورات التدريبية لمنتسبيها في مجال العمل الأمني وحقوق الإنسان. دعوة عمداء الكليات في جامعة الاستقلال إلى إخضاع الطلبة لتدريبات العيادة القانونية خاصة في مجال العمل الأمني وحقوق الإنسان، كون خريجي الجامعة كافة يلتحقون بالمؤسسة الأمنية.
