Unstable situation in Gaza Strip made many crises in many sectors especially pharmacy. So this study aimed to propose a national strategy for the pharmaceutical sector in Gaza Strip. The researchers used analytical descriptive approach during analysis of the internal environ-ment based on (7 'S McKinsey) model & PESTEL analysis for external environment. The study had many results such as: weakness of strategic projects as laboratory drug test and analysis. The result also showed weak planning method for integrated management process of pharmaceutical sector. The researchers recommended designing an independent strategy for pharmaceutical sector including parties of productions, and providing an integrated system to ensure the pharmacology of the Palestinian society.
