Objectives: The study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of an e-learning strategy based on student production in developing educational software production skills and e-collaboration among master’s students in educational technology at Al-Aqsa University within crisis contexts. Methods: A quasi-experimental single-group pre-post design was utilized via Moodle and WhatsApp. The study was conducted on a purposive sample of 19 master's students during the second semester of 2023-2024, using a cognitive test, a task evaluation card, and an electronic collaboration scale. Results: Findings indicated statistically significant improvements in the post-test. Black’s gain ratios reached 1.2 for cognitive aspects and 1.25 for electronic collaboration, with educational software production skills exceeding 80%, alongside a strong correlation between these aspects. Conclusion: The study confirms the effectiveness of the proposed strategy in crisis contexts, establishing it as an effective model for sustaining education in resource-constrained environments like Gaza.

الهدف: هدفت الدراسة إلى تقويم فاعلية استراتيجية تعلم إلكتروني قائمة على الإنتاج الطلابي في تنمية مهارات إنتاج البرمجيات التعليمية والتشارك الإلكتروني لدى طلبة ماجستير تكنولوجيا التعليم بجامعة الأقصى في سياق الأزمات. المنهجية: اتُّبع المنهج شبه التجريبي ذو التصميم القائم على المجموعة الواحدة ذات التطبيق القبلي والبعدي عبر منصتي (Moodle) و(WhatsApp). ، وطُبقت الدراسة على عينة قصدية مكونة من (19) طالباً وطالبة من طلبة الماجستير خلال الفصل الدراسي الثاني من العام الجامعي 2023-2024، باستخدام اختبار معرفي، وبطاقة تقييم مهام، ومقياس التشارك الإلكتروني. النتائج: أظهرت النتائج وجود تحسن ذي دلالة إحصائية في التطبيق البعدي؛ حيث بلغت نسبة كسب "بلاك" (1.2) للجانب المعرفي، و(1.25) للتشارك الإلكتروني، وتجاوزت مهارات إنتاج البرمجيات التعليمية ال (80%)، بالإضافة إلى وجود ارتباط قوي بين هذه الجوانب. الخلاصة: تؤكد الدراسة فاعلية الاستراتيجية المقترحة في سياق الأزمات، مما يجعلها نموذجاً فعالاً لاستدامة التعليم في البيئات محدودة الموارد مثل غزة.
