visualization and knowledge management processes from 1996 to 2025, addressing the beginnings of studies in this field and their development. Methodology: To identify Arabic-language intellectual production, three sources were used: The Dar Al-Manzuma database, the Saudi Digital Library (SDL) platform, and Google Scholar (Arabic). For English-language intellectual production, three sources were used: The Web of Science database, the ScienceDirect database, and Google Scholar (English). Results: The study's key findings are summarized as follows: interest in data visualization and knowledge management processes began in 1998, as indicated by the first research paper published in the literature reviewed and discussed by the researcher. The review also highlighted that prior studies concentrated on the connection between data visualization and processes such as knowledge transfer, sharing, and discovery. Additionally, these studies emphasized the role of data visualization in facilitating decision-making through the development of dashboards and performance monitoring tools. Furthermore, the education sector showed the greatest interest in the topic, followed by the business sector, then healthcare, and finally transportation. The studies indicated the positive impact of advanced visualization techniques on enhancing knowledge management processes in organizations, despite the challenges related to maintaining knowledge security and balancing design clarity with the amount of data represented. Conclusions: The review showed a scarcity of Arabic studies, conferences, and workshops that addressed the topic compared to foreign production, highlighting the scientific contribution that this review may offer in this field. Recommendations: Future research should be directed towards enriching the Arabic production, with a specific focus on conducting quantitative evaluations to measure the actual impact of data visualization on enhancing knowledge management processes within organizations.

الأهداف: هدفت الدراسة إلى إجراء مراجعة علمية للإنتاج الفكري في موضوع التمثيل المرئي للبيانات وعمليات إدارة المعرفة خلال الفترة الزمنية من عام 1996م حتى عام 2025م، مع التطرق إلى بداية الدراسات في هذا الموضوع، وكيفية تطورها. المنهجية: للبحث عن الإنتاج الفكري باللغة العربية تم الاعتماد على ثلاثة مصادر معلومات تمثلت في: قاعدة دار المنظومة، ومنصة المكتبة السعودية الرقمية (SDL)، ومحرك بحث الباحث العلمي (Google Scholar) باللغة العربية. وتم الاعتماد في البحث عن الإنتـاج الفكري باللغة الإنجليزية على ثلاثة مصادر تمثلت في: قاعدة بيانات (Web of Science)، وقاعدة بيانات (ScienceDirect)، ومحرك بحث الباحث العلمي (Google Scholar) للبحث باللغة الإنجليزية .النتائج: توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج، أهمها: أن بداية الاهتمام بمجال التمثيل المرئي للبيانات وعمليات إدارة المعرفة كانت في عام 1998م، بناءً على أول ورقة علمية نُشرت في الإنتاج الفكري الذي تم حصره ومناقشته من قِبَل الباحثة، كما أظهرت المراجعة أن الدراسات السابقة ركزت على علاقة التمثيل المرئي للبيانات بعمليات نقل المعرفة، ومشاركتها، واكتشافها، إضافة إلى دعم عملية اتخاذ القرار من خلال بناء لوحات المعلومات ومتابعة الأداء، كما تبين أن قطاع التعليم كان الأكثر اهتمامًا بالموضوع، يليه قطاع الأعمال، ثم الصحة، وأخيرًا النقل. وأشارت الدراسات إلى التأثير الإيجابي لتقنيات التصور المتقدمة على تعزيز عمليات إدارة المعرفة في المنظمات، على الرغم من وجود التحديات المتعلقة بالحفاظ على أمن المعرفة، والموازنة بين وضوح التصميم وكمية البيانات الممثلة. الخلاصة: أظهرت المراجعة ندرة الدراسات العربية والمؤتمرات وورش العمل التي تناولت الموضوع مقارنة بالإنتاج الأجنبي، وما قد تقدمه هذه المراجعة من إضافة علمية في هذا المجال. التوصيات: توجيه الأبحاث المستقبلية نحو إثراء الإنتاج العربي، والتركيز على إجراء تقييمات كمية لقياس الأثر الفعلي للتمثيل المرئي للبيانات في تعزيز عمليات إدارة المعرفة داخل المنظمات.
