This study sought to build an instructional program and its effectiveness on teaching Cartweel skill. Further, the study investigated the impact of program on the improvement of teaching performance; cognitive sufficiency related to the teaching style among the sample of the study The researcher used the empirical method by using two groups (control and experimental groups). The sample of the study consisted of (28) students of both gender, who were enrolled in Method of Teaching Physical Education course offered by the college of Physical Education at the University of Jordan. Those subjects were chosen and divided randomly. The researcher designed a program pertinent to the style of teaching using micro-teaching strategy. The results of the study revealed that, the program had a substantial impact on the experimental group; differences were found to be in favor of the post test. Also, the intervention program didn’t reveal any significant difference between the male and female particularly in the post-test. The study recommend that training student-teachers on utilizing modern methods and styles of teaching physical education.

هدفت الدراسة لبناء برنامج تعليمي يتعلق بالأسلوب التطبيقي بتوجيه المدرس وفاعلية استخدامه في تعليم مهارة الشقلبة الجانبية، وتأثير البرنامج التعليمي في تحسين الأداء التدريسي والكفاية المعرفية المتعلقة بالأسلوب التطبيقي بتوجيه المدرس لدى أفراد عينة الدراسة، واستخدم الباحثان المنهج التجريبي ذو المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة للقياس القبلي والبعدي. اشتملت عينة الدراسة (28) طالب وطالبة من طلبة مساق طرق وأساليب تدريس التربية الرياضية في كلية التربية الرياضية في الجامعة الأردنية، حيث تم تقسيمهم إلى مجموعتين ضابطة وتجريبية، وتم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية، تم تصميم برنامج تعليمي متعلق بالأسلوب التطبيقي بتوظيف استراتيجية التدريس المصغر الخاص بالطلبة المعلمين. وبناء اختبار معرفي متعلق بالأسلوب المعني، وإعداد بطاقة ملاحظة لقياس الأداء التدريسي، ومن أبرز النتائج التي آلت إليها الدراسة أن البرنامج التعليمي أظهر تأثيرا معنويا حيث كانت الفروق لمصلحة القياس البعدي في حين لم يظهر البرنامج التعليمي أية فروق معنوية بين متوسط نتائج الطالبات المعلمات والطلاب المعلمين تحديدا في القياس البعدي. وأوصت الدراسة بتدريب الطلبة المعلمين على توظيف الأساليب الحديثة في تدريس مادة التربية الرياضية وباستخدام استراتيجية التدريس المصغر.
