Abstract

The purpose of the study was to investigate the elements of affective teaching style in teaching practical courses for physical education students at An –Najah National University. Also to investigate the role of sex, coarse study and studying level to define these elements. To achieve that the study was conducted of (99) male and female students and a question was used to collect data the study revealed that affective teaching style elements were moderate on content, lesson Implementing, organizing and school behaves, promotion, and evaluation domains. Furthermore, the results indicated. In the light of the results researcher recommended to draw up a policy in order to evaluate the teachers on the physical education college at An- National University. Affective Teaching styles to the physical education practical courses for physical education student At An- Najah National University.

الملخص

هدفت الدراسة التعرف الى فاعلية الأداء التعليمي للمواد العملية لدى طلبة كلية التربية الرياضية في جامعة النجاح الوطنية، إضافة إلى التعرف على دور كل من الجنس ونوع المادة العملية والمستوى الدراسي لتحديد هذه العناصر، وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من طلبة كلية التربية الرياضية للسنوات الدراسية الثانية والثالثة والرابعة والبالغ عددهم (99) طالباً وطالبة. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام الاستبانة لجمع المعلومات. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة ان فاعلية الأداء التعليمي الجامعي كانت متوسطة على مجالات عرض المحتوى، تطبيق الدرس، النواحي التنظيمية والإدارية، سلوكيات المدرسة، التحفيز، التقويم، حيث بلغ متوسط الاستجابة على المجالات ككل ما نسبته 3.4% وهي مهمة بدرجة متوسطة، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية عند مستوى (α= 0.05) تبعاً لمتغير الجنس، ونوع المادة الدراسية، والمستوى الدراسي. أوصى الباحث من خلال الدراسة انه يجب الأخذ بعين الاعتبار نتائج هذه الدراسة العملية لتقييم المدرسين بكلية التربية الرياضية بجامعة النجاح الوطنية.
