Abstract
The study seeks to identify the level of psychological empowerment and its impact on Citizenship Behavior. To achieve this objective, a standard questionnaire was adopted, adjusted and used. to meet the study objectives. The number of received questionnaires was (328) which represents (63.07%) of the whole population of the study. Results show that employees have a high level of psychological empowerment, and citizenship behavior. The findings also revealed that there is an impact of psychological empowerment on citizenship behavior. Results also showed that there were no statistical differences among demographic variables of employees regarding the psychological empowerment and citizenship behavior. The study suggested some recommendations; of which is to enhance the track of psychological empowerment and citizenship behavior of employees.

الملخص
سعت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مستوى التمكين النفسي وأثره على سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية لدى العاملين في مؤسسة الضمان الاجتماعي في الأردن. ولتحقيق أهداف البحث تم تبني استبانة مطورة (معيارية) وتعديلها لتناسب غايات الدراسة. بلغ عدد الاستبيانات المستلمة لغاية التحليل (328) استبانة وبنسبة (63.07%) من مجتمع الدراسة. أظهرت النتائج عن وجود درجة عالية لمستوى التمكين النفسي وسلوك المواطنة لدى العاملين. كما تبين وجود أثر للتمكين النفسي في سلوك المواطنة، ولم تظهر النتائج أية فروقات في اتجاهات العاملين تعزى للمتغيرات الشخصية. وقدمت الدراسة عدة توصيات واقتراحات لتعزيز مسار التمكين النفسي ومفهوم سلوك المواطنة.
