Abstract
This study aims at revealing the level of Psychological Burnout among the teachers of the kinder gardens in Ajloun Governorate. It also reveals the influence of the type of the kinder garden (private, governmental), teacher’s salary, the years of experience, the educational qualifications and the number of students on the teachers Psychological Burnout. The sample of this study consists of all teachers at the kinder gardens in both private and governmental schools in Ajloun Governorate. The number of the teachers is (120). The researcher uses Burnout Maslach scale of Psychological Burnout. The results of this study show that the teachers of kinder gardens in Ajloun Governorate suffer from Psychological Burnout in a high degree. It also shows that there are no significant statistical differences between any of the study variables, the kind of the kinder garden (private, governmental), the educational qualifications, the years of experience and the number of the students. On the other hand, this study shows that there is some significant statistical differences according to the salary variable among the teachers whose salary is under (JD, 100).

الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مستويات الاحتراق النفسي لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال في محافظة عجلون، وأثر كل من متغيرات: نوع الروضة (حكومية/خاصة)، وراتب المعلمة، وسنوات الخبرة، والمؤهل العلمي، وعدد الطلاب في الصف، في مستويات الاحتراق النفسي للمعلمة. تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع معلمات رياض الأطفال الحكومية والخاصة في محافظة عجلون، والبالغ عددهن (120) معلمة. وقد تم استخدم مقياس ماسلاش (Maslach) للاحتراق النفسي كأداة للدراسة. أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن معلمات رياض الأطفال في محافظة عجلون يعانيين من الاحتراق النفسي بدرجة كبيرة، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لأي من المتغيرات التالية: نوع الروضة (حكومية-خاصة)، وسنوات الخبرة، المؤهل العلمي للمعلمة، وعدد الطلاب في الصف، في حين أظهرت الدراسة أن هناك فروق تعزى إلى متغير الراتب ولصالح المعلمات اللواتي يقل رواتبهن عن (100) دينار أردني.
