This study Aimed to knowing the effect of professional player (foreigner) in developing the Hand-Ball Games. In order to achieve the aimed of this study, The Researcher has designed a questionnaire consisting from (48) Item distributed on (4) fields: technical field (13) item, social field (13) item, economical field (11) item, psychological field (11) item. After validity and reliability for questionnaire, has distributed in to (24) Hand-Ball trainers samples in Jordan. After collecting the (24) questionnaires, a proper Statistical analysis accomplished after that. The results are As the following:
*The effect of the professional player on developing the Hand-Ball Games was medium.
*The highest degree at effect was the Technical Field then the social field then the psychological degree at affection.
*There were differences on participating of the professional player and the development at the performance at the hand –ball player due to the variable to favor of the class – club.

هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف إلى دور اللاعب المحترف في تطوير مستوى لعبة كرة اليد في الأردن من وجهة نظر المدربين، استخدم الباحث الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات ضمن المحاور (الاجتماعي، الاقتصادي، الفني، النفسي)، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (24) مدرب لكرة اليد في الأردن. تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العمدية من (18) مدرب من أندية الدرجة الأولى، و(6) مدربين من أندية الدرجة الثانية. وبعد جمع البيانات وإجراء المعالجات الإحصائية المناسبة أظهرت النتائج أن درجة مساهمة وجود اللاعب المحترف في تطوير لعبة كرة اليد في الأردن من وجهة نظر المدربين كانت بدرجة متوسطة، وان درجة التطوير كانت لصالح المجال الفني ثم المجال النفسي ثم المجال الاجتماعي، وجاء المجال الاقتصادي في أدنى مستوى. وأوصى الباحث بضرورة استدعاء لاعبين محترفين لمشاركة الفرق المحلية، لما لذلك من فائدة في تطوير لعبة كرة اليد في الأردن.
