Abstract
This study aims at identifying the educational supervision status in the practical education training at the Department of physical education at Al- Aqsa University of Gaza. The study introduced a questionnaire to 60 male students who have experienced the training experience till its final phase. The questionnaire included six domains which were related to the aims of the educational supervision and the bases on which it relies, the teaching aids and the adopted techniques, the role and duties and their relation with the teacher students and the tasks of the hosting school headmaster. The results showed that Educational supervisors do care to provide the teacher students with the proper planning skills while emphasizing to them the importance of the practical education and he respects the points of view of the teachers and the hosting schools headmasters and takes into account the principle of flexibility in his supervision, moreover, he evaluates the teacher students without being influenced by the opinions of others. The study result showed weakness on the basics of good teaching it also showed that educational supervisors do not have scheduled periodical meetings with their student teachers for discussing the positive and negative aspects of the lessons; moreover, Educational Supervisors do not care for building good human relations with their teacher students and do not inform them about the time of their visits. The results also emphasized that educational supervisors pay no attention to the observation phase and they do not discuss the observations they recorded within the lesson with their students. The results also indicated that the headmaster do not allocate a suitable and comfortable place for them when the educational supervisor pays them a visit so as to ease the task of the educational supervisor and the students.

الملخص
تناولت هذه الدراسة التعرف إلى واقع الإشراف التربوي في التربية العملية بكلية التربية الرياضية بجامعة الأقصى بغزة. وقد طرح البحث استبياناً على 60 طالبا من الذين مروا بهذه التجربة حتى مرحلتها الأخيرة. واشتملت الاستبانة على 6 محاور تتعلق بأهداف الإشراف التربوي، والأسس التي يقوم عليها، والوسائل والأساليب المتبعة، ودور وواجبات المشرفين وعلاقتهم مع الطلاب المعلمين، ومهام مدير المدرسة المضيفة. وأظهرت النتائج اهتمام المشرفين بإكساب الطلاب المعلمين مهارات التخطيط الجيد، وتوعية الطلاب المعلمين بأهمية التربية العملية، ويلاحظ المشرف النواحي الفنية المتعلقة بأجزاء الدرس. كما أن المشرف يحترم رأي ودور معلمي ومديري المدارس المضيفة، ويراعي مبدأ المرونة في إشرافه، ويوضح كيفية إصلاح الأخطاء للتلاميذ خلال الدرس، بالإضافة إلى أنه يشجع الطلاب المعلمين على أداء النموذج بأنفسهم أمام التلاميذ، ويقّوم الطلاب المعلمين دون التأثر بآراء الآخرين. لكن عينة الدراسة أفادت ضعف التدريب على أسس التعليم الجيد، وأن المشرف لا يحدد الاجتماعات بصورة دورية معهم لمناقشة أوجه التقدم والقصور، ولا يحرص على تكوين علاقات إنسانية معهم، ولا يعلمهم بموعد زيارته لهم. وأكدت النتائج عدم الاهتمام بمرحلة المشاهدة، حيث أن المشرفين لا يناقشون الطلاب المعلمين في الملاحظات التي قاموا بتسجيلها أثناء دروس المشاهدة، وبينت النتائج أن مدير المدرسة يتابع مع وكيله حضور الطلاب المعلمين، لكنه لا يخصص مكانا مناسبا لهم عند حضور المشرف من أجل راحتهم وتسهيل مهمة اللقاء بمشرفهم.
