The purpose of this study was to pressures Encountered by Football Players before during the performance penalty. in order to achieve that, a questionnaire consisting of (43) items distributed in (4) areas was prepared by two researchers. these (4) areas was (the field of the players, spectator, the technical and administrative staff and the nature of the match). The study sample consisted of (10) by professional clubs (10) players from each club in the West Bank. the researchers used the descriptive method because of its appropriateness to the nature of the study. the results of this study revealed that the degree of psychological distress Encountered by the players was moderate in all areas. it showed, moreover, that there was no statistically significant differences depending on the variables of the study, while there were significant differences depending on the variable center of each player in the fields of (the technical and administrative staff and the spectators)for the benefit of the attacker. finally, the researchers recommended the need to focus on all areas equally because each area is complementary to the other, and they asserted the importance of exposing the players to similar circumstances for competition in order to choose the fitting player to perform penalty.

هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى الضغوطات النفسية التي تواجه لاعبي كرة القدم أثناء تأدية ركلة الجزاء. ولتحقيق ذلك قام الباحثان بإعداد استبانة مكونة من (43) فقرة موزعة على أربع مجالات وهي: )مجال اللاعبين، الجمهور، الجهاز الفني والإداري، طبيعة المباراة(. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (12) أندية من المحترفين بواقع (8) لاعبين من كل نادي في الضفة الغربية. وقد استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي وذلك لملائمته وطبيعة هذه الدراسة. وبعد جمع البيانات واستخدام برنامج SPSS للمعالجات الاحصائية أظهرت نتائج هذه الدراسة أن درجة الضغوطات النفسية التي تواجه لاعبي كرة القدم اثناء تأدية ركلة الجزاء كانت متوسطة لجميع المجالات، كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تبعًا لمتغيرات الدراسة، بينما كانت هناك فروق ذات دلالة تبعًا لمتغير مركز اللاعب على كل من مجال (الجهاز الفني والإداري، الجمهور) وذلك لصالح المهاجم. وأوصى الباحثان بضرورة التركيز على جميع مجالات الدراسة بنفس القدر من الأهمية لأن كل مجال مكمل للمجال الأخر، وضرورة وضع اللاعبين في ظروف مشابهة للمنافسة ليتم اختيار اللاعب المناسب لتأدية ركلة الجزاء.
